Web InfoTech, LLC is an Indian scam call center founded by Mihir Shah in Englishtown, New Jersey, on June 14, 2006 according to their Bizapedia listing, despite their call center being located in Rohini, Delhi, India. The company has also operated under the leadership of Himanshu Nigam, under identities of Renewed Technology Pvt. Ltd. Renown Computers, RenownInfoTech and Tech Philosophers, LLC and was shut down by @JimBrowning11 and Karl Rock in 2019 for impersonating Microsoft and Quickbooks to facilitate tech support scams in Great Britain and the United States.

The company has recently resurfaced to pose as TurboTax in New Jersey to facilitate a “product activation” scam, as well as generic “printer suppoat.” They have also impersonated Facebook to claim someone from Nigeria hacked into your account and request payment through a $500 Google Play gift card, according to a user report on ScamPulse.

MAJOR UPDATE: After performing a series of Google searches for Renewed Technology Pvt. Ltd. director Himanshu Nigam, I found that he has also founded Voxtur Communication Pvt. Ltd., which does business as “Voxtur Construction Pvt. Ltd.” or, simply, “the Voxtur Group,” alongside former Renewed Technolgy call center agent Luvnesh Kumar Verma, on December 13, 2022. After researching this company further, I found that this may be a shell company or new identity for Dexters Communication Pvt. Ltd, which operates out of

Yeah it might not be all of them! But it sure is a lot of them. They’ve blocked most of my research numbers from their phone system now, so you all will have to keep giving their senior account specialists the Favorite Color Survey for me.

When searched on Google, I found a Peacock activation scam using 856-553-8437, a TextNow number with the caller ID of “Norton Customer Service Phone Number.” Surprisingly enough, you reported this number for being used in an AOL impersonation scam this past October!
