While they are listed as a Microsoft partner on AppSource, @BackAlley offered his patented “Customer Support Support” and found them to be no different from your typical tech support scam, complete with attempted remote access through EventViewer.
The company has accrued negative reviews on Reviews.io, Yelp, TrustPilot Better Business Bureau and has been reported on scammer.info numerous times for impersonating Microsoft and Apple since November 30, 2017.

Extra Info: This is a tech support scam targeting seniors. If you follow along you will be asked to download a remote dekstop client. They will then ask you to pay a 199 setup fee. Look at the number on the website, I think it changes frequently. If you visit (https://support.247techies.tech/ ) you can download the remote desktop client they use.

Read that if you don't know who they, Eureka Technology Partners, Techies.com, and 911tech.co actually are. If you do however, you probably know that 24/7 Techies is listed as a Microsoft Support Provider (for the actual Microsoft ) . Which means that unsuspecting people on Microsoft's website could (and would) get rerouted to their site.

Once you call 24/7 techies they direct you to this website-> 247t.net and you can choose an associate and there is no verification. It automatically them to your VM. You can make these guys REAL mad if you interrupt there sessions. Please be advised that some of these scammers WILL syskey your machine. I recommend doing this on a VM.
