Hey dude, I did some research into “24/7 Techies”. They have a history of bad reviews which you can see in the links below and their website looks like it was made in five minutes, so yeah I’d say they are a scam
Proof of bad reports:

@JFTD#47559 They are somwhat a scam because they just charge you way too much for some security software. They don’t run the usual things a normal scammer does such as running the tree command in cmd and writing in Wirus found etc. They just check your computer for security software and if you don’t have an av than they will scam you.

@JFTD#47559 i keep calling them and i think there is only one guy working, his fake (or real idk) name is mike

Yeah I also get Mike and Marc almost every time anywhere. Maybe it`s just a very common scammer Name. Mostly everyone sounds like the same to me.
They could just be the same people…
I’ve just tried the live chat and when I told them I had a virus popup they told me that it was a scam. Is scammer competition a thing?
@MyPwnSupport#48824 Sometimes scammers say that something is a scam to brush you off. If you don’t sound serious enough they go “Ugh, it’s another baiter”.
