They picked up after 5 mins of holding, I told him that I have a virus in my computer and my windows is not activated he told me contact the official microsoft support

I called this number while trying to find scam websites about in september, I didnt know if they were a scam or a legit but small company. Thanks for clearing up the confusion.
@WayneZengDaItGuy#17739 Their number always works. Since I see you put that comment on others threads, when you say that, are you meaning they just aren’t answering for you? Or is the call not going through? Also, I see your using FireRTC, maybe try using Google Voice and see if you can get better results.
