Merkavoix Pvt. Ltd. is a Pakistani lead generations company founded by Saad Ekbal in August, 2021 that has been on our radar since this past June for sending soliciting cold calls to pose as Medicare advisors to enroll victims in fraudulent Medicare advantage plans offered by their American brokers, that never really covers anything as advertised. They are located at 508 Street 8/1, Block B Police Foundation, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Punjab 44000, Pakistan.

The company also claims to operate out of Reno, Nevada and Glenview, Illinois as Sansom Consulting, LLC. All of their cold calls are made under the guise of a “Medicare advisor” associated with the US federal government, with all recipients being screened before they are transferred to their American brokers.

Better Insurance Plans, an American lead generator that also claims to operate from Reno, Nevada that tried to enroll @barryspar into a Medicare advantage plan by eHealthInsurance Services, Inc., a BBB-accredited American insurance agency with a known history of mailing dead relatives and signing their victims up for a Medicare Advantage plan without their consent. The company has been sued for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and California’s Unfair Competition Law.

Here is a great list of TCPA attorneys. I worked with some of them in the past. Since some of the aforementioned offenders are in the US, class-action lawsuit might be attainable.

UPDATE: Thanks to some traceback efforts with @scamterminator2021’s cell carrier, we were able to discover that their Peerless numbers are carried by Telcast Network, LLC, which is operated by Talal Khalid in Pakistan but operates under a registered agent at 8 the Green, Dover, Delaware. Like Peerless, Telcast operates under a series of cease-and-desist letters from government agencies.

By the way, a few states have also recently issued their own separate Cease and Desist notices to the Pakistani-owned Telcast Network, LLC. Despite such developments, Peerless Network appears to continue doing business with this foreign entity.

These are known illegal robocallers who are actively engaged in fraud. Here is some additional evidence:

Peerless choose not to reply by default, furthermore as I’m sure it should be obvious NONE of the officials etc CC’d in ANY of the previous/current emails I’ve sent have replied themselves in any capacity anyways.

I do not know the exact way, but perhaps you can just email the same people and ask what their plan was to address your legitimate complaint. How does that sound?

No reason to be upset or unpleasant with me, mate. I am on your side, and we can’t change the world. Yet, it does not mean we have to stop trying. Don’t take it personal. If anything, your actions have shown their negligence, laziness and complicity with ILLEGAL behaviors of their clients. So, you did get some positive outcome here!
