While they falsely claim to operate from Los Angeles, California, a WhoIs lookup for their website reveals the culprits responsible for making these robocalls as Infonex BPO, a fraudulent outsourcing and offshoring consultancy firm operating out of 465-D 6th Rd, D Block Block D Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
These the same guys that make “John from US healthcare” calls? They called me a hundred times last summer but couldn’t transfer me because my number is on the blacklist alliance.

The biggest “fish” here is Select Quote Insurance Service. Given that they appear to be using the services of unethical lead generators who are likely violating several Federal and State laws, it would make sense to write a legal demand to them. Their emails should be as follows:
I think the following template might be helpful to use:
"Dear Leadership Team of Select Quote,
I am writing to formally demand that Select Quote immediately cease and desist from engaging in illegal telemarketing practices through its use of Infonex BPO, a telemarketing firm located in Pakistan. It has come to my attention that Infonex BPO, on behalf of Select Quote, has been making unsolicited robocalls and harassing individuals, including those listed on the Federal Do Not Call Registry. Such actions blatantly violate several federal and possibly state laws, including but not limited to:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Prohibits making robocalls or using automated dialing systems to call numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without prior consent.
Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR): Mandates compliance with rules designed to protect consumers from unwanted telemarketing calls.
State-Specific Telemarketing Laws: Potentially additional regulations that may govern telemarketing practices in specific states.
Furthermore, my investigation into Select Quote’s business practices, including reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other social media platforms, indicates a pattern of questionable and potentially unlawful conduct. This includes numerous complaints from consumers who have been subjected to aggressive telemarketing tactics similar to those used by Infonex BPO and other illegal telemarketers.
I demand that Select Quote take immediate action to:
Cease all telemarketing activities that violate federal and state laws, including those conducted by Infonex BPO.
Ensure that all phone numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry are promptly removed from any calling lists used by Select Quote or its affiliates.
Provide a written confirmation within ten (10) business days that these demands have been met, along with a detailed plan outlining steps taken to prevent future violations.
Compensate affected individuals for any damages incurred as a result of illegal telemarketing practices.
Failure to comply with these demands will leave me no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies against Select Quote, including but not limited to filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and seeking damages through litigation.
The plaintiff is represented by this law firm: Home | Ryburn Law Firm. I think it would make sense to contact them and see if you could join the lawsuit.
Here are also some addition resources that could be used, since they are in KS:
Most insurance companies are full blown legalized government licensed criminal organizations
Just look at the corporate ownership makeup of a truckload of the extended warranty swindlers and you find State Farm, Etna and a few more in a tangled web of cross ownerships and jigsaw puzzle corporate flowcharts.
I gave up when I was tying so many of them together. After a couple of hours of finding them all related by buyouts, mergers and takeovers, as well as by proximity of dozens of numbers of different companies in consecutive blocks in multiple areas, it was safe to presume its just a money vacuum with loads of fine print policy documents which alleviates them of any liability in the result of any claim.
I’m sorry ma’am, your transmission isn’t covered under warranty if the flywheel and torque converter is contained in a bell housing which is separately bolted to the engine block and transmission, if both brake lights are working when pedal pressure is applied at a force greater than the square root of the wind speed, calculated 4 minutes before midday on the last day the wind direction was from the southwest.
