This is my second call from these Medicare ass-clowns in two weeks - and yes, my number is on the FCC DNC list so this is a TCPA violation.
Better Insurance Plans is the medicare broker with the outcall contractor. Better Insurance is run by some guys named Adam F. and Justin C. allegedly with a “virtual office” in Reno. They are proud of these scam ops, even list it on their Linkedin. Adam’s cell number, which is connected to the Whatsapp connection on the website is 775-657-5967.
The outcalls are most likely initiated in Pakistan by a company called Sansom Consulting which has office in US/Illinois called MerkaVoix, LLC - outcall centers run by Saad Ekbal and Ans Arshad. Sansom Consulting has two contact numbers, but only one working - 678-369-3224 Sansom describes their business as "We generate Quality calls for Medicare Supplement/ Advantage||Final Expense” https://www.sansomconsulting.net/ Amazing how kiss ass these call centers are, multiple “likes” on Better Insurance’s Facebook from both Ans and Saad . . . SMH. All numbers called and verified.
Their website has a Whatsapp link and that revails the cell phone. The company was listed on Linkedin, but owners abbreviated last names. Go to the company facebbok, instagram, or other social site and check the likes in their posts, especially the first posts they did - when they have a US company and a string of India or Pakistan likes, dig into those people deeper, in this case, they were a call center in Pakistan.
idk if these are the same people but our work phone is getting flooded with these medicare calls and I managed to get through to what was an Indian call center and I asked the rep “Have you heard of Pierogi? (Scammer Payback)” He said “No” and then I said “Well, you will. I’ll give him your number.” But anyway here are some of the numbers I’m getting.

There are hundreds of these. They are handoff lead generators. They pre-qualify you then use conference call to hand off to their many clients for the final sales pitch. Best to play along, give fake info, then when US client is on line, carefully ask name of company, they will tell you. Google their company and phone, ask “if separated, can I call you on XXX-XxxXXX” and confirm. If India/Pakistan handoff thinks you are baiting, they end the conference call. Once you know persons name, phone, and company, - anything goes. You can call back and push TCPA etc on them. They are culpable for their contractor’s violations. Some are apologetic, others defiant.
This is amazing stuff. Can you save any recording you have of this in case it’s helpful in a civil or govt case? I am trying to go nuclear on these people because they call me daily.
I don’t know last name, just what I find on social. Better Insurance Plans is associated/owned with another company called Blursoft. There is contact info at (678) 369-3224 [email protected] Blursoft reviews are all of Indian/Pakistan origin, so likely all connected in some way with lead generator spam caller. Perhaps Blursoft is setup as front for business loan spam calls, Better Insurance Plans for medicare calls, etc. You’ll find Blursoft in Adam’s linkedin as well as Better Insurance Plans.
