@kenzo#78351 Yeah definitely not a legitimate business. The very first thing they ask you for when they pick up is your FSA ID. The Dept of Education says to never give that out to anyone. https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/types/scams
Same thing happens, eventually they stop taking calls no matter how many times my # changes.
Looks like the best we're going to get right now is them shutting down their PBX for 20 min - 1 hour then they get back at it again.
@kenzo#79383 I only started spamming them for a few minutes and they’re already not taking calls anymore. Unless they’re filtering by CNAM which is hard to control on a conference call idk what else they could be using or they’re just simply shaving #s.
@Eviltaco799#79437 Sounds about right… idk how they think or even pretend they’re doing legitimate work.
One time Summer from 13238702819 told me I had no life and I was a loser and then hung up.
I then called back and I asked what would it take for me to get a job there at the call center because I want to be cool like them. She then said I would need to go to New York and hand them my paper Resume and there’s no website I can use. I then asked for the business address so I could go there and she hung up again.
Looks like these scammers are doing a big outbound campaign—they called two of my DID numbers which I have reserved but do not use for anything (and I don’t use them for outbound).
All their CNAMs they're using are radioactive. Several of their DIDs were not listed in the number search services so I put them in and marked them as radioactive.
@Eviltaco799#79453 I have all their DIDs marked. Since they’re hiding from inbound right now any student that’s busy and ignores the call won’t be able to dial back in to talk to them. That will have a significant blow on their lead flow.
