@urlaub14#79483 Nah! They just randomly called it. The carrier I got it from got ahold of this number from a porting so they don’t actually own the block it’s from. It used to belong to a cell phone so by accident I now have a honeypot of my own.
I also have deployed a system to screen calls going to family members (using an ATA FXS/FXO) so I can skim for scammers. Before then I was having family send me numbers of their scammers.
@kenzo#80230 Not anymore they don’t seem to have dropped these #s but they’re blocking all inbound. I also found 15028787214 yesterday but they stopped answering after only 3 calls. Changing # does no good.
@Eviltaco799#80662 I’m just going to sit on their number for the rest of the day.
Fuck this scammer, fuck everything about them, and once their identity is turned over by a willing carrier there's going to be some interested AG offices looking for these pieces of shit.
I want this company's name, owner(s), identity, address.... if anyone wants to hand-bait them into getting those details we'd love to know who is behind this.
@Eviltaco799#80972 so is 17047417600. Hopefully they’ll be forced to stop hiding soon. As I emailed the owner (Onvoy, LLC) of their DIDs from 323 and asked them to close their account.
I am looking for a program I can use to call these people as I have been just using my personal cell phone to call these people. What programs do you guys use or apps?
I really dont think these “I’m only a receptionist” people area allow to go off script.
To try and get a different reaction than being cut off, the first said thing I said was “Are you getting weird calls? This is number is on an anit scam site?” she paused, then her reply was “how much do you have outstanding on your student loan?” …
@wirushunter#81327 I agree they seem to be really strict about following their script. A lot of them will break it though if you drive them crazy enough. Then again most of the time they know I’m the one behind the call if there’s a momentary pause or when they’re connected to someone else in their building xD

Now matter how they sound they're not a legitimate business. Call them up and waste their time.
This is actually a really interesting (and smart) tactic they have. I’ve been messing with these guys for months now as retaliation for the non-stop calls.
Do note that through my time, I've come to know that the people you make initial contact with are not the ones you want to mess with, they'll hang up almost immediately, and subsequently block your number. You have to ask to speak to a (I say Greg, Chris, Joe, etc. something common) and they ask three things;
How much student debt you owe
Who your provider is
How long you've been out of school for.
You'll then be transferred to the guys you can mess with. The "receptionist" will say "you're in great hands" and from there, the sky is the limit.
+1(406)-813-7943 is still very active, but be smart, if you're blocked on one of the several numbers they have, you'll be blocked (temporarily) from all lines until the next day.
