I hit the record button but it missed the first part which said exactly this which is known from previous robocall transcripts:

they have everyone pre-approved from the online application you made,

How awesome is that!!
I have never had a personal loan, a credit card and never will, but my credit score keeps getting these boosts when it technically should be the big goose egg 0
