I called and they turned my “business” down for a loan. Legit?

Regal Capital. All have accents. I asked what their BBB rating was and he said five stars. I sai BBB does not rate in stars but by letter and you have an F. He swore at me and hung up them blocked my number. They have over a hundred complaint and bad reviews calling them scammers.

The number is down now. Weirdly enough, I called and someone picked up. I called back again immediately after and the number was disconnected.
