Answered as MACAFEE. When I asked about Microsoft he said it was the same company. The grammar in these invoices is always so bad.

The bhenchod attempted to install ConnectWise afterwards, but I refused to let him and he instead asked me to fill out an “application for order cancellation and refund.” I never got to fill out the form, as the bhenchod tried to force me to install ConnectWise.
