This time, I faked the site not working and was able to have “Alex” ask me to download UltraViewer and perform a Google search for dkhelp.org and my IP address.

  • I refused to search for the two, prompting “Alex” to transfer the call to his "supervisor, Jim from the Senior Department’ who falsely claimed there were “so many hackers on my network.”
