Got through to the next level. USA answered the call. He was Not happy when I called him a scammer called me back on 619- (might be spoofed number)

Stella could barely speak English. How can people fall for this? Next call said he was her brother and was really weird. Calling me darling sweetheart and darling and it was so creepy. But they are creepy. If you really want to piss them off, insult Mohammed and don’t ever call him a rag head. Or a pedophile.

They want you to lie to the “licensed agent” about income, job status, taxes. They want you to be as corrupt as they are.

When I spoke to what sounded like an American, I asked why they were using a Pakistani call center and why I was supposed to lie to them and he cursed me out and hung up, The second agent sounded like a black woman and I explained what was going on. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she swore at me and hung up.

The next American agent told me to go F my mother and hung up. I am having fun insulting Mohammed and calling them pedos. They are so angry. They hear my voice and they get sexual right away. They are sick monsters. Oh and with this new ACA card EVERTHING is FREE!!!

Got to an American named Judy. I tried to explain what was going on and she could have actually cared less. She was extremely rude to me. Makes me wonder why I bother trying to help these people. She was with Every Health Group. I asked her to report it but she really could not be bothered.

I got American scammer she was quick to hang up. They sent me back to the call center and then scammer starts swearing at me!

I want to see the American agents fined, heavily!
I recorded one of these calls around Thanksgiving, and actually got an American agent that was very kind, and she did care. Made notes, and said she was going to report it. I believe she really did.
