I consider this claim blatantly false, considering that your website lists BitDefender and several Microsoft products and services that you claim to provide “support” for.
Which you have still yet to provide what your company name is after several attempts. You want this to stop? The provide us with the company information.
What information you need? I gave all already.
Those services are offered by us as a third party company, which means we can help with these products, that does not mean that we are Microsoft or any brand out there.
Even so, this evidence fully refutes your claim of “not offering any support for Facebook, Amazon, Apple or any brand.” BitDefender is its own company while the other services listed are operated by Microsoft.
Thanks for the information.
You’re free to leave . . .
then stop infringing on their trademarks - you have a fair right usage to name the company in plain text, but using trademarked stylized word marks or trademarked logos is trademark infringement and puts your integrity into question right from the start.
This thread reads like the end of a scam bait call in text form.
@ecosoftware you aren’t convincing anyone. you are a scammer. you are a joke, and you getting triggered by the truth in this thread is absolutely scammer 101. we’ve been around the block dude. if you’re this butthurt about it, do what every other shitty scammer does: host your phishing campaigns at a different URL after you get caught, called out, and exposed. rinse, repeat, shut the fuck up.
I email about 118 different carriers, they don’t just suspend numbers for no reason, as Chronus has stated above.
We sent over 300 reports between Jan 4th to 11th, we know how these carriers work, we have to follow up on reports all the time with extra proof and your carrier was happy with the information we provided to investigate the claims, no business would be profitable if they suspended their customers for no reason, our claims was first checked by bandwidth which confirm information first and was also investigated by your provider which get services from bandwidth, you seem very reluctant to answer these legitimate concerns and would rather go after other users.
I published the evidence video on Youtube Fake Tech Support | Eco Software Solutions LLC | +1-844-562-2265
Important parts and timings of the video:
- 00:24 Scammer claims the popup is a trojan and someone tried to hack my computer after I tried to describe him a fake popup. He should have understood it’s not a virus and rather a popup, especially as he explains how to leave the popup fullscreen at around 03:20.
- 10:12 Scammer pings outlook.com which just shows if the computer can reach the website. There is no sense in doing that at this time. He could have simply opened the browser and tested the connection. This is misleading.
- 11:04 Scammer deleted the log file of the scanner and claimed that he deleted the virus. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Even if there was a virus, deleting the log file will not change anything. Log files are simple text files and are not malicious at all.
- 12:50 Scammer deletes the temp folder which has no impact on the situation whatsoever. Useless and misleading.
- 15:30 Scammer claims he removed the trojan and will block it in the future using my IP address. He is just saying random things to mislead me.
- 17:23 Scammer tries to solve the captchas and is incredibly stupid and slow. Just for the lolz
- 18:24 Their payment gateway
- 19:30 Scammer provided me an email address to send my credit card details to. Upon research, this email address is associated with an elderly person in the US, likely a victim of this scam. Tried to reach out but no reply.
I conclude from this test call that Eco Software Solutions is one of the typical tech support scam call centers based in India and owner Saurabh Mishra wants to hide that from us.
Great to finally see this. There’s no way that this was just an opportunistic salesperson eager to make a sale. It’s the classic tech support scam in all it’s colors.
Both US numbers are currently doing the auto-hangup gimmick. UK number has been disconnected.
@ecosoftware, based on @NeeP’s recording, here’s what I concluded.
- This claim is fully refuted, as your employee assigned NeeP a “technician” for a fake virus popup and remotely connected to his PC through support.me
- What the employee did to “remove” the “virus” was install AdGuard and Malwarebytes, ping outlook.com, delete NeeP’s temp folder, run Disk Cleanup and update Google Chrome.
- The scammer attempted to charge NeeP $99 and give his credit card details to an unknown victim or money mule.
Based on this information, plus the information we’ve already uncovered earlier, we can fully conclude that you are a bunch of tech support scammers. This is especially true, considering:
- You claim to operate out of apartment complexes in Sheridan, Wyoming and Tacoma, Washington under a registered agent with known ties to scam organizations we’ve reported in the past, yet your sales and support team was “outsourced to India.”
- An older Bandwidth number you’ve used was shut down for impersonating Microsoft or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
- You have fake positive reviews on your Google and TrustPilot listings and you have likely faked receiving death threats from us baiters.
- You have knowingly infringed upon trademarks owned by Microsoft Corporation and BitDefender by using the logos of their products or services on your website to mislead victims.

I am trying to upload one recording from your team mate where he was trying to make a deal and assured me that he will get it removed and if i will pay him on daily basis, he will let me run. But i am not able to upload it as you guys disabled me for that. However conclusion is very simple , your teammate calls and asks for money and when someone refuses you guys start your so called genuine work. However you guys shut my process and i am also done explaining things. So that is fine. But you guys are just behind ransoms. Nothing else.
How do you know it was someone from our “team”? Did they mention their name or any relation to this forum? Also, this is a public forum and numbers once posted here are available to anyone online, we have processes in place to stop people from calling legitimate businesses or spoofed numbers but can’t control what someone does once the number is verified to be a scam centre.
Our moderation team is highly trusted and will not engage in immoral or illegal activities. If it’s someone claiming to be a staff member of this forum, then they’re lying.
All we’ve seen from you is deflection, defamation and name calling while other members of this forum have posted proof linking numbers shown in your website to scamming attempts and also confirmed numbers that have been disconnected by VoIP providers for engaging in fraud. If you have any proof and want to share, feel free to DM it to me and I can upload it on your behalf.
Allow me to upload it here so that everyone knows how you guys scam.
upload it to youtube and post the link here
Sure, you should be able to upload now. Let’s see this evidence that you have…
