Dear team and @OfclyGoodenough , i do understand that you have problems with scam companies out there, but we are not scammers. We are registered company in Wyoming and we have working partner in Washington also. We never pretend to be Microsoft or any big brand out there and we do inform our customers upfront that who we are.
These reviews that you see on TP or Google, these are all legit and from our customers. If admin needs to have their information we can provide and you guys can call and check them out.
I do understand that at first place you guys might see it as a scam because some of our agents are from India but it is not a scam at all. Please let me know how we can solve this matter as it is affecting business that is working with all the legal registrations and compliances. Let me know what proof you guys need in order to validate the business. i.e. Formation document, EIN, Bank Statement or anything else.
I request the community, please do not hurt any legitimate business.
Thanks.

Also, we have no popup that goes to any customer, We generate leads from Reference and Google. I request you guys to not hurt the business. Although it is a computer support and software company but it has nothing to do with these popup and refund scams around. We have helped many customers from these scams. Our charges are very nominal. We are a small company with 10-20 employees. We are trying to build a brand and process like Geeksquad and justanswer. @OfclyGoodenough

I appreciate your response to this topic and have conducted an investigation to correct any possible errors. I might need some help to clarify any information that I have regarding the following errors:

  • There are two different companies listed in the report. The primary one we’re after is Eco Software Solutions, LLC, though their caller ID pops up on Google Voice as Eco Software, LLC. I did double-check the Eco Software website and found it also to be in operation by Eco Software Solutions, LLC according to their ToS.
  • I got no answer when I initially dialed the (844) and (253) numbers to verify a report from @numberkings on their Microsoft thread. When I double-checked the numbers for a further report, my calls were transferred to random phone numbers. I did call the numbers back during my investigation and got no answer from the (253) number and numerous technical difficulties from the (844) number.
  • I have never mentioned any customer reviews on Google because I am unable to find them when searching for your company on Google.com. Those searches did lead me to your reviews on TrustPilot, where I’ve noticed several short 5-star reviews in broken English claiming to have received support from Microsoft or a Microsoft partner.

Thanks for your time.
I understand you might having difficulties getting answer but it is because we are very much affected by ROBO calls and that is the possible reason for that. We have an IVR that you have to select in order to talk to someone, Also for the Microsoft Partner status, we are Microsoft cloud partner and listed on Microsoft Website also, Yet we never say that we are Microsoft. When a customer call us we inform them about who we are.
Those reviews are totally legitimate and broken English might be because we have some old customers, they are being part of those popup scams and we just saved them by getting their computer disconnected from those scammers. We do charge our customer very nominal fees for our services. We have never charged any of our customer more than $200-$300 based on their need.
You can choose any random review and i will share that customer information with you so that you can verify.
Also we have document signed by each and every customer so that we can provide if it is something that can help you verify. We are operating from 2 years now and we have good customer base also.
I am happy to provide any document that you might need in order to verify.
it all started when i received a call yesterday from someone asking for money else i was threatened that my number will receive more than 1000 calls, i denied to pay any money and then all this started.
Please re consider my request.

  • I can definitely understand the robocall prevention with IVRs. I get so many robocalls from Pakistani call centers claiming to be Medicare advisors.
  • If you are a Microsoft cloud partner, I ask that you please provide a hyperlink to where you are listed on Microsoft’s website.

I thank you for providing the requested hyperlink, but there are additional discrepancies that I feel need to be addressed.

  • I have listened to the recording, but I cannot consider that proof or evidence as it may be fabricated or tampered with. Same also applies to the documents.
  • According to your listing, you appear to operate out of an apartment in Cheyenne, Wyoming. However, according to your website, you claim to operate out of a nonexistent location in Tacoma, Washington. I did search for the address on Google Maps, but the closest I could get to a 75 Dock St. is Thea’s Park and the Tacoma Export Marketing Company.
  • I did attempt to verify the information by double-checking your LinkedIn account, but your business page appears to have been terminated.

The number that is listed in the fake website (.jpeg pic insert with no hyperlinks working) has a popup number which I located & was active from Monday, 7 August 2023, until finally went dead on Tuesday 15 August 2023
It has not been active since :+1:
They made a slight mistake listing a long dead number

That 844-766-9044 was our number but this same person called that time and did the same that he is doing now, that time i was not aware that i can talk to you guys and get this discussed so i decided to loose that number. While signing up for Microsoft partner program in the very beginning we had that number and that is why it is on that partner portal.
Our numbers are never been part of any trojan or spyware alert or popup as our marketing partner is Google. They do not allow any such things to run.

  1. I have downloaded the recording and shared it with you as it is. If you want i can give access to my telephony app and you can check there by yourself. I have not shared any document with you but a link,
Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource you can click here and then on the top where it says search, just type Eco Software Solutions and it will come up automatically.
  2. Our company is registered with the state of Wyoming.
  3. The company is registered on my name and with my passport itself. How can i provide my passport if i am doing scam sir?

  • All recordings from @FIREFIGHTER619 are valid and I can confirm that it wasn’t his voice in the recording.
  • I did attempt to perform a search for “Eco Software,” but was unable to find a listing for your company.
  • I am also unable to locate a valid listing or registration for your business through search results. If you are able to provide a hyperlink to such information, that would be greatly appreciated.

  • Your listing link does include the reviews also seen on your website, but claims you operate out of Canada according to Google Maps.
  • Your company was registered under Registered Agents, Inc., which has been attributed to multiple scam organizations.
  • Your “Microsoft Partner Network” link was the same link you provided earlier today, complete with the same Bandwidth line @FIREFIGHTER619 verified this past August.

I told you, I already listened to the recording but could not verify this as proof. I ask that you stop bringing up unverifiable information.

  1. Yes reviews are same as we share both link with our customers so some of them review us on both pages but not all of them.
2.I am using registered agent services as i need it in order to be compliant as per the state law.
  2. As answered earlier sir, Old number was listed by the same person but that time i was not aware that we can discuss here, so i let that number go as it was the number for sales department only. The link was to only prove that it was Microsoft partner portal link not some edited stuff.
I am ready to provide any document, any customer information that might help, i provided as much information as i can, still you think it is a scam process then you can take that down sir.
It is really a shame that scammer are running their process by changing their number everyday but legitimate company, those are in business from 2 or 3 years and providing whatever proof they can still suffering.
What else i can provide in order to prove that it is legitimate business which has nothing to do with such scams?

Here’s what I can conclude based on the information you presented:

  • Your company is registered under a registered agent with known ties to various scam organizations, yet you claim to do business from an apartment in Cheyenne, Wyoming that I cannot list as it could belong to a suspected money mule.
  • Your company was, in fact, a certified Microsoft Cloud Partner. However, given that I am unable to search for your company on Microsoft AppSource and that your listing includes a toll-free Bandwidth line that has since gone out of service for fraudulent activity, I can also conclude that your certification may have been revoked for the same reasons.
  • While the reviews listed on your website were actually posted to Google, they may still not be legitimate as they could’ve been written by hacked accounts and/or company employees. The same also applies for your TrustPilot reviews, where it was also claimed that support was offered by Microsoft.
  • I have frequently told you that we are unable to verify the legitimacy of your call recording, yet you still insist that I should delete my post because of it.
