Eco Software Solutions, LLC, an Indian tech support scam call center

I have already told you that if you will show me any popup or scams related to our company i will not argue. Yet this is your community so you guys can post anything you want.

While we both discuss this topic in as civil a matter as possible, I wouldn’t consider your responses proper in this case. I am trying to help explain everything as simple and as detaied as possible with proper referencing and citations.

From your end, I personally find you to be a broken record, repeatedly trying to divert attention away from what was already proven or is yet to be proven by falsely claiming that we were linking your fraudulent behavior with the fake “security center” popups and bringing up companies owning up to their recent sketchy behavior. I’ll gladly summarize what we’ve learned so far, but the fact still remains that @NeeP, a highly trusted scambaiter, appears to have proof that someone in your company attempted to scam him.

Its far better than calling someone stupid and using foul language.

You scammers going legit with all your decorative websites and paperwork.
But your modus operandi is always the same.
And neep has the recorded evidence.
Thanks @NeeP

While I can confirm that what you said is correct, in a way, you tagged the wrong NeeP.

I mean, to be fair, it could be a backup account if he ever gets hacked or whatever, though it could’ve also been a kid trying to impersonate him.

I cannot fully attest to that, as I have seen a few spoofed/unverifiable numbers show up in the past. Even so, I will gladly point them out to you in the hopes that proper corrections are made so we don’t get into any serious legal trouble here.

All right great gentleman here on this great community. Let’s end the discussion. We are a scammer(as per your community) and let it be.

Yes.
I am already looking into it.

While the evidence does suggest as such, we cannot officially close this case just yet until we examine the recording @NeeP has yet to upload. While some members are here to simply prank the hell out of scammers, I take a more investigative approach to expose wrongdoings for the sake of accountability.

You could consider this much like “good cop/bad cop” (or Goodenough cop/bad cop in my case, considering Goodenough is my actual last name ). While some baiters just want to waste the scammers’ time for a funny reaction, I deal with scammers by carefully noting their wrongdoings to hold them accountable for their actions, but allow for civil discussions like this to take place in the hopes of possible reformation.

I’m not the kind of guy to be so cruel and relentless towards scammers. If it is possible for you guys to fully reform yourselves into a legitimate business that doesn’t engage in any fraudulent behavior moving forward, I’ll gladly look at tips received from you guys and hope we can collaborate and take down any scam operations that are on our radar.

All I personally look for with my baits, accountability and reform. People see scambaiting as simply a fun hobby, while I personally look at it as more of something that could benefit the general public.

And yes, it is possible for some scammers to be reformed. We’ve seen reformed scammers offer immense assistance to baiters like us, as seen when Jim Browning, Mark Rober and Trilogy Media pranked four different call centers.

Might just be a recording, you never know. However, if @NeeP would allow me to do so, I am considering the possibility of having it be briefly featured in a future Scambait Sunday video.

Much of what I feature is baits and any necessary information the general public could use to deal with all types of scams, but it would also be nice to highlight how we could also reform scammers after holding them accountable for their wrongdoings. Not everyone associated with a scam is purely evil, but we gotta do our part to make the world a better place for the general public.

I am also waiting where we tried to impersonate Microsoft.

This is total Bullshit as there have been MANY google ads in the past (and now) of companies offering sapport for users that have been locked out of their facebook account, Amazon, and Apple. Just because its on Google does not make it legit.

Now the admin labelled my account as known scam account yet unable to prove. What a community.

We are not offering any support for Facebook, Amazon, Apple or any brand. We are an independent company providing support for computer, printers and smart devices.

I hate to say this, but the more you argue back, and expecting everyone here to produce proof you are a scammer. Instead why not share information that you are (or aren’t) a scammer

To me personally, the more you argue and insist we are all wrong - the more and more suspicious I am getting that you are a scammer who just won’t admit that you are.
