This conversation is not in English . Well As mentioned by Neep i did some research on this person Saurabh Mishrsa .

i checked company registers In India and there is no Eco Software Solutions registered in India and after our extensive research we found that in India they operate under a company Name INFOCYDER LLP incorporated on 27 May 2019.

Designated Partners of Infocyder Llp are Saurabh Mishra, Mayank Mayur Rai and Shri Kant Singh.

So he is not alone , its an group of these people doing scam since 2019.

Lol, that’s an amazing skit for a B grade Bollywood movie. The alleged caller is definitely using a voice changer and the conversation sounds scripted. The alleged “Eco Software” employee asks the caller what deal and how much money they want and then the caller asks for 2,000,000 INR.

The caller says that Neep has a hand around his neck and will spread news to keep calling the business and expose all their information. Please note, that scammer.info is never mentioned and the caller never claims to be from here or a member of our staff.

My reading is that this is a fake conversation and defamation against a trusted member of this community . I actually received a very similar recording from another suspicious account just with a different amount and not mentioning Neep. I’m sorry ecosoftware, this isn’t selling anything.

@ecosoftware If you read this, do you always complain like a little bitch? Women cry less during childbirth. You are a scammer and the best part of you ran down your mother’s leg. You and your people provide nothing of value besides fertilizer when buried. I speak for myself and not the good people on this site (You are shit and not good). Please feel free to reply to me.

If I was going to use a call as evidence to backup a claim that I’ve been defending and losing, I’d be extra careful to review that evidence and question it thoroughly before sharing it. It’s hard to understand that a person would just trust something given to them and not question all the obvious red flags like the morphed voice, coherent scripted conversation and the fact that the person they’re accusing and using the evidence against isn’t directly in the recording.

The evidence on the side of Eco Software LLC of running a scam operation is backed up with associated phone numbers being terminated by carriers, screenshots of those numbers appearing on your website, cached version of the site seeming like it’s providing official support for various well known companies and a video uploaded showing the phone number being called, the agent answering as your company and then continuing to follow a typical tech support scam script. That’s countered with claims of fake Michigan residency, name calling and a unverifiable recording of some party threatening a supposed agent of Eco Software and claiming to be forced by a well respected member of this forum and the scambaiting community.

It’s hard for a reasonable person to believe one side of this story. Which side, that’s obviously upto every individual reader.

@ecosoftware I am hearing an infant scammer cry after being caught. If you were an honest person, you wouldn’t be roasted by us. What authorities will you go to that will ignore the evidence that we give them? Where will you hide from your own Cyber Police as they start to question your family while searching for you? You are living below the foot of a beggar Dalit and are a very foolish, pathetic person. Your pictures and scam biography should be sent out to authorities and random people that you know in the area that you live and work. You should have your business destroyed and face a 100% financial loss (for years to come). You should be in the street begging for a grain of rice as your fellow countrymen walk around you, ignoring your cries as you ignored those that you stole from.

UPDATE: The scammers have removed the logos of every product they claim to offer “suppoat” for on their website. Saurav has also locked his Facebook profile from public view.
