Additional information about this scam: it seems realistic due to the automated beginning however, once you choose the option to setup a new “account” with direct tv, you will see that you are connected to a scammer

  • Pressing 1 transfers callers to what is presumed to be AT&T/DirecTV
  • Pressing 2 transfers callers to an Indian call center, answering as “Reservations for all the airlines.”
  • Pressing 3 transfers callers to an Indian call center, answering as “PCM Travels”
