I have an update on the 18002396096 number… Just tried it a few minutes ago. It works however they wouldn’t help me because “This number is only for existing customers” even though its on their website under the contact us page. It appears when we annoy their primary number too much they turn it off and only go to the existing customers number. I tried adding this to the dialer but it didn’t show up so I’m stuck with my private sip and firertc
@MarlboroMan2710#110832 6096 was removed by accident it’s now in the list
It didn't last 5 minutes and then PTS shut off again.
I found two new websites that seem to be associated with PTS
With the help of https://findsubdomains.com/subdomains-of/premiumtechiesupport.com I found that they seem to be associated with https://www.softwareload.fr (checkout-row.premiumtechiesupport.com redirects there)
I also found this website: http://techliveconnect.com (via https://findsubdomains.com/subdomains-starts-with/checkout-row)
It looks exactly the same as http://premiumtechiesupport.com (especially the captcha on the contact form, or the "Terms and condition" page)
This gives us a new phone number: 800 852 6035
Just got through on the 4195 number. Spoke to Arupta

p.s, Why do my posts on here always need approval? I've been here a while now. My XP on BobRTC is up to 1652, yet I have to wait for posts to be approved.
The PTS 4195 phone number is up now, but I can't notify anyone because by the time this post is approved, it will no doubt be down again
After an hour of bombarding the 4195 number, with four calls at a time, they seem to have switched it off.
I’m sure it’s a good link. It’s not connecting me or I would dial it.
@abcd1234#110928 post numbers and discuss more on here and you may get it
they must of tacked on by now we are not going to stop so there are loosing more and more money with number + the voip credit they should be soon gone
The 4195 number is back on now, but it only gets part way through the “spurious calls” message and then it drops.
Could someone check whether these guys are a scam or not?
PCTECH Australia – Hub of Tech Support, PC Premium Services
The 6096 number is up tonight. I’m talking to 3 of them at the same time.
Well that didn’t last long. I had 3 browsers open to call 3 scammers at the same time. I had Karim on one line, Rahul on another, then a third one came on who didn’t give his name, but he ordered Karim to disconnect the call.
They've now switched the number off so that it only gets part way through the long "spurious calls" message and then the call drops.
5 minutes later and they're back!
Raoul is still available on that number; I’ve gotten through to him several times a few minutes ago without waiting too long. There’s not much load apparently.

UP RIGHT NOW
@Gasda#111007 You might want to open up a new topic for this and not hijack the current topic, which has to do with PTS.
I fished for some details today acting as a customer. As I suspected when numbers change they email the customers with the customer only numbers. If their plans were not so expensive it might be worth getting the cheapest just to be informed of new numbers so we can slam them straight away.
They also say that the number 18002384195 is the only current number. 1800 239 6096 was disconnected due to technical issues as the customers couldn't get through... I have no idea why this would happen LOL
I wouldn't bin that number yet as it may come back to life.
Anyone who wants to hear the conversation

I was running my voice through a mixer with some effects to disguise my voice slightly in case you are wondering. The effect was only light so they could still understand me :D
an internet search for the phone# shows other “techsupport” websites:
https://www.softwarebesthelp.com/
https://supportforsoftware.com/
https://softwaretruehelp.com/
http://www.softwarehelponline.com/
They may come up with new numbers there.
All Premium Techie Support numbers are now down as i got them reported to their providers and they were more than willing to take down their numbers
I wonder how long it will take them to realise whats happened and how long it will take them to get back up again
@jerrywilliams007#111528 don’t post numbers in the PTS thread unless it’s a PTS number
create a new thread for it instead
