I don’t seem to able to get any of the numbers at the top of the BobRTC phone book to connect, this afternoon (UK time).
Have they shut those ones down and are there any new ones we can try?

@abcd1234#110558 They were forced off toll-free which greatly reduces their appeal to USA/CAN callers. Some of us are also dialing the crap out of their non-toll-free as well.
Hopefully more victims of Brian Cotter's company step forward to file Attorney General complaints given how badly this company was mooching off of victims.
PTS have 2 new toll-free numbers on their websites. Both numbers seem to be down at the moment. 800-238-4195 and 800-239-6096.

Website now shows two new support numbers: 1 800-239-6096 & 1 800-238-4195. Not able to get thru at the moment. Will keep trying throughout the evening.

One of the suspects is "Romana Leyva". According to her LinkedIn profile, she used to work for Tech Live Connect aka. Premium techie support!

It still goes through the minute long "spurious calls" speech, and the first couple of times I got "all analysts are currently busy, but finally I spoke to Deepak.
We hit PTS hard this morning. They took down the “6096” number at around 10:30 cst. Getting ready for the next round of “flooding”.
The 1 800 238 4195 number is no longer accessible from BobRTC. Any idea why?

I've been dialling Premium Techie Support using BobRTC today with no problem. We even got them to take down the 6096 number due to us bombarding them...
But when I try to dial the two current PTS numbers now it just logs me out of BobRTC and goes to the homepage. All other numbers in the BobRTC phonebook are ok, it's as if the PTS numbers have been removed from the bobRTC phonebook?

The 4195 number is back on now, but the 6096 number (which they were using more frequently) is still not back on the phonelist
is it just me or is bobrtc slow as hell this weekend?
edit. now it's just connecting and instantly hanging up on every number.
I’ve tried to add back the “6096” number twice, once last evening and the other a few minutes ago. I ended up trying to call the 6096 number using another means and it seems that PTS number has been inactive all day today. A good amount of downtime for a 24/7 scam operation.

Also tried to call the 6096 number via google, but it didn't connect, so I guess they're still down. Good stuff
