Folks, PTS is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and please help by reporting them to AWS as they are abusing AWS compute resources - link to report them to AWS is:
In the section titled 'details of reported abuse' in the AWS form - this is what you should enter:-
the source IP address is: 100.27.27.163
the destination URL is: ec2-100-27-27-163.compute-1.amazonaws.com
select the type of abuse as: Phishing Website
In the logs section - paste the PTS phone number through which the agents' conversations occurred with a link if possible to the recording via BobRTC.
Not been able to get a single call through to PTS for over 24 hours now.
Tried to email them posing as an existing customer saying that their telephone numbers aren't working and asking if they have another number for registered customers only, but they haven't replied. Guess they're not that stupid.

I kept trying, and at about 7.00pm UK time, they came back on again. I got about 6 calls in to them. (Others were clearly hitting them too) and within about 20 minutes, they'd taken the number back down again!
when i got through yesterday i asked why are the other numbers on your website not working, he said they are having techincal difficulties with it. i said as a tech support company you should know how to get them phones working. i dont have much trust in you as a company to fix my computer. sounds like you need to focus on something else, it makes your company look bad. he said you need support? i said no. just keeping you on the phone, he started his chant to end the call. lol
I told him it was unacceptable that it was taking so long to answer calls. I asked if they had another number for registered customers. He came back with 800 238 4195 which we already know is out of service.
Hello. I have a question. Yesterday I had 1250xp and 156C. This did not change, despite the nrs I called.
Today I opened Bobrtc. To my surprise it is now 1277XP but - 190C. So minus 190C. So first nr I dialed I could not dial because I did not have enough balance. But yesterday I hadâŚ
On their contact form you can also get a callback as a new customer but you need a name, email, phone and reason.
Here is the kicker. The number (area code bit) must start with a 7,8 or 9 which stops the majority of numbers calling them / getting support. My personal sip number does not fall within this range so canât get help myself
These guys will go down eventually. New customers / suckers arenât going to want to fill in a form and wait for a callback as a general rule.
@jerry#112294 Hey there⌠this probably should have been asked on a support channel. Itâs likely you were on an international call or on a toll call and ran over. When you go negative you wonât be able to make toll calls.
