608-673-1420 and 414-306-6887 - Medicare Benefits Advisors Scam Again!

Yes, exactly! They have numerous subsidiaries and subdivisions to confuse and avoid litigation and accountability, I think. Onvoy/Sinch/Inteliquent has been playing this game for over a decade! Look up Prince Ananda and One Eye LLC. He has NUMEROUS other firms operating and robocalling. They are all registered under different names but are ultimately led by this fellow. He even had his HR folks registers several firms under their names to evade the FTC and FCC. I am sure you might have read some articles about this scum and criminals.

Bottom line is as follows: VOIP firms = enabler scum who turn a blind eye to illegal robocalls and scams and harassment of the US public. I think there are simple ways to make it all stop, which likely comes to the following government efforts:

  1. Make robocalling without PWC a crime, not a civil matter. Disclose all robocalling parties to the general public and have a public database where it is easily available for everyone. Mandate for VOIP to disclose business contact info of robocallers and their enablers. Have local and Federal law enforcement arrest executives of VOIP firms enabling robocalls.
  2. Call out India, Pakistan and the Philippines on enabling such illegal conduct. Cut all aid and all ties with them and impose sanctions on their leaders, up to ending diplomatic relations with them.
  3. Criminally prosecute leaders of unethical US telemarketing firms who employ millions of robocalling call centers overseas.

I love your way of thinking Terminator! :+1: When time permits, I’m going to do some in depth research on what you mentioned in your first paragraph.

Great job! Once they respond, you can always say that the easiest and most logical solution for IP Horizon and its affiliates would be to complety step selling American VOIP numbers to any foreign call centers, especially the ones located in the notorious scamming “hotbeds”, such as India, Pakistan and the Philippines. After all, what business do such foreign call centers have calling the US public? It is also perhaps recommendable to avoid dealing with any of the so-called “resellers” engaged in selling blocks of US phone numbers to questionable entities from the aforementioned counties.

Such solution would likely lead to a robust and sustainable system that ensures no illegal robocall campaigns take place. Nevertheless, it would also inevitably lead to some loss of profits. Unfortunately, there are still many unethical VOIP carriers driven by the immense greed. Such carriers are selecting to prioritize corporate financial gains over common decency and legally acceptable business practices.

@MehNamesJeff - here is nice and innovative idea for you! Since Lumen appears to be refusing to shut down scamming spammers associated with 414-306-6887 and will not respond to you, it may perhaps make sense to forward IP Horizon’s response to their executive team. You can maybe add the following: “These same “Medicare Benefits Advisors/Diabetes Center Advisors” were also identified on the network of IP Horizon. Fortunately, IP Horizon identified the problem (as described below) and shut down a large block of numbers associated with these foreign robocalling criminals due to multiple complaints related to them. When would Lumen provide a response to me and hold these criminals accountable? Would your company only enforce compliance with the TSR and TCPA after receiving Cease and Desist letters from the Federal Government, as was the case with IP Horizon/Call 48?”

You are definitely more than welcome to rephrase your follow-up and add your personal statements to it. You’ve become extremely good at it! Make sure to copy Jessica Rosenworcel on it too

They are still robocalling: (414) 306-6887 - RoboKiller Lookup

@Jhawk and @Tillianne - since both of you have been involved in this ongoing discussion, you are very welcome to add your feedback or share additional perspectives. Feel free to also email LUMEN enabling this obnoxious behavior!

Do they have a big turnover rate with employees?

I bet you they do. After all, who WANTS to work for a company led by indecent and dishonest people whose greed, laziness and self-righteousness make them disregard Federal and State laws and turn a blind eye to billions of illegal robocalls??? Would you feel comfortable being employed by an enterprise whose greed and negligence results in bankruptcies, loss of benefits, misery and hardship for tens of millions of America’s most vulnerable group, such as senior citizens, disabled and impoverished people? No normal person wants it, unless they’re a greedy ego-maniac and a thief…

@Jhawk and @MehNamesJeff - I think both of you gentlemen have also seen it way too often as it comes to nasty greedy VOIP companies…

NEW NUMBER - ‪(219) 695-9155‬

Scammers are now active on Peerless Network, doing Camp Lejeune scam calls as “American Claim Advisors.”

Thank you for sharing! @MehNamesJeff - it would be an excellent idea to email InfoBip’s execs and their attorney guy. You should have their emails!

I’m getting Peerless calls for Medicare / Accident Forgiveness today.

I think I’ve got at least 65 calls the last couple of months.

They’re calling my real number - not one I use for baiting.

ITG wasn’t interested. I’m sending the worst ones to FCC.

Law firms with DNC / TCPA aren’t ready to take it on because I don’t have an America defendant to name yet.

Anyone who wants to look over my recordings and work with me, I’d be happy to work together.

I have hundreds of calls from “Medicare Benefits Advisors” and fake “Canadian Pharmacies” from the network of Peerless Network as well as other scams from them. It has been going on for ages! They really an evil company, in my experience. They seem to enable robocalling scammers and spammers.

It is not a bad idea to escalate an issue to their leadership to see what they say:

Do infobip ever respond?

Sometimes they do. The attorney guy named Brandon seems to respond. What I think is happening is that crooks and lazies at Peerless are very used to their ways, but some InfoBip people now may be holding them more accountable… Not 100% sure, though. Also, look at Peerless’ Google Maps and BBB reviews. It is all over there!

Ok, I will do that. Fill me in, is infobip the owner of Peerless now? (Sorry I just googled that. Didn’t need to bother you.)

Is Onvoy related or are they their own entity?

Some similar calls come from them and I’m trying to figure out if it’s a different call center or if they just use both networks.

Yes, InfoBip purchased Peerless last year. They seem to be at least trying to create some rules there with them. IDK if I have full trust in them, as Swedes from Sinch, for example, bought Inteliquent but they DGAF about the rules and laws. We are still having Kumars and Mehuls calling us from Inteliquent daily LOL!

Onvoy is totally different. It is owned by Sinch. Scammers LOVE Peerless, Sinch/Inteliquent/Onvoy, Telnyx and Commio these days. They usually use all 4. They seem to have some affection for Lumen too, which is different.

I sent the “you sound like a ni**er” call recording (posted elsewhere on this board) to infobip and the FCC, let’s see if they take any action.

I AM on Medicare and get about 4 of these calls per day. They vary a bit in content, but the goal of each is to get your Medicare. Here’s a link to a shortened version of my conversion. The longer version gets very repetitive as they pass you to another person and then to a “licensed” agent. It gets dull quickly. I suspect part of it is to look up the address and see if it’s a real place. The actual cal before I hung up was into 13 minutes. I give them the birthplace of U.S. Grant in Galena. It’s actually a nice museum.
