Sending good wishes for an easy day and good rest results @Tillianne
I’m second the sentiments of @MajorLeeAwesome, @Tillianne!
I hope you have as good of test results as possible!
Looks great, I think. Send it!
I would assume it was her. The entire storyline and information sounded very much aligned with what their scam was. Otherwise, she would have had to look quite diligently for a similar enough recording matching this scam. By the way, did Lumen or Peerless Network ever respond to you? Just curious
OK, I see. By the way, these same criminals are now robocalling from 808-374-3768. It’s once again IP Horizon! You know what to do
Yes, it is most likely due to Fil guy forwarding it to the FTC Complaint Center.
They are the same scammers. Sometimes this scum answers as “Medicare Rewards”, other times it is “Medicare Advisors” and sometimes it is “Diabetic Center”. Same criminals from India and the Philippines!
Send it to them. Also, demand to see what sort of KYC Policy they have in place to ensure no further infractions of this sort take place.
Also, perhaps ask them: Why does IP Horizon have an ONGOING issue of this sort that they were previously even sued in the court of law for enabling robocalls? 22-1607 - Lopez et al v. Onvoy, LLC et al - Content Details - (govinfo.gov)
OK, yes, I missed it. Things happen! Hahaha.
I think you just have to hang tight and see what they say. Hopefully, they address the issue
They don’t have to disclose specific steps and the lawyer won’t do it. However, you can ask to see when they are planning to respond to you.
One says he is Hispanic but cannot speak Spanish. One says he is Texas. One said he is in Clearwater, FL. One said he was Philipino and American. They cannot keep their stories staight.
Next guy stated he was with the Medicare Department of the United States Government. Dummy did not know that Medicare benefits are actually controlled through the state and they don’t call you. I know. I have been on SSDI since 1999. Also, plans change in January and open enrollmenti is October thru December.
Looks good
I’m sorry, I’ve been gone most of the day. You have my permission to attach the recording!
I called the 414 number when I recorded the call.
Looks good! You may want to change verbiage from “YouTube link of one of my people” to “YouTube link from one of my friends who also was harassed by these scammers”. It will make it sound more professional. Otherwise, they may disregard you as “yet another scambaiter vigilante”
On another note, 414-306-6887 was still operational and Lumen refuses to respond.
Yes, just thank him and tell him that you will stay in close contact, should further illegal behaviors take place on their network. Also, perhaps add that you have been feeling concerned about a number of VOIP carriers conveniently turning a blind eye to robocalls, and it being a major issue.
You know Jeff, they always play the “blame game” by having sister divisions yet are another company so they can’t terminate. That’s a BS excuse in my playbook and it’s one that Intelliquent has been using for years concerning Onvoy. I’ve also done some donation research concerning politicians and these companies use their subsidiaries to make donations in order to fly under the radar. Yet some of these politicians serve on committees that address this very issue. I don’t think I need to elaborate further on that philosophy!
