608-673-1420 and 414-306-6887 - Medicare Benefits Advisors Scam Again!

I also have Medicare. It always comes down to giving them your Medicare number so they can commit Medicare Fraud.

I’ll take a cup of Twinnings Earl Grey, hot!

Thank you for sharing! It might be beneficial to send complaints to the VOIP carrier’s executive team. They must be more accountable.

Definitely the perfect blend!

Ok, that’s asking too much! Unless Patrick Stewart comes with the plan.

Can I still have the Earl Grey tea, though?

I don’t see Patrick Stewart anywhere on this list.

Wait a minute! I thought complimentary meant “free?”

I’ll have to think about it.

I have nothing to say back to him… A typical generic corporate bullshit.

NEW NUMBER - ‪(209) 431-1531‬

It is just “lovely” that it’s Peerless Network/InfoBip enabling these criminals once again… It has been an ongoing issue with them, in my experience. Never-ending harassment from foreign “Medicare Benefits Advisors”. @Jhawk @Tillianne @MajorLeeAwesome @drwat @MehNamesJeff @barryspar @Mike1212 - did you guys have similar issues with robocalling that keeps coming from the Peerless Network?

I think @MehNamesJeff and few others previously emailed these executives about the ongoing issue:

This number indeed appears to be engaging in an illegal robocall campaign:

(209) 431-1075 - RoboKiller Lookup

I get tons of calls every single day on my real phone number.

Well, if they are coming from the network of Peerless Network, then I think you have the legitimate right to escalate it to their executive leadership team. It sounds like you are being harassed daily and it is inflicting a great emotional pain and suffering on you. It may be also a good idea to copy Jessica Rosenworcel and FTC contacts who sent Peerless Cease-and-Desist notice not too long ago:

Cease and Desist Letter to Peerless Network, Inc. | Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov)

I can send it, but I doubt the calls will stop.

I have sent it on a couple of occasions, and it seemed to have made a major difference for me! I no longer get as many calls from their “clients”. There are some occasional calls, but they are nowhere near as bad!

Hopefully I’ll get the same result.

I think you may! I firmly believe that the root cause of our robocall epidemic is US VOIP carriers enabling such behaviors. In their immense corporate greed, quite a few of them appear to turn a blind eye to illegal conduct. It’s absolutely disgusting, but it is nothing new in Corporate America.

If only the US Govt. made it a crime and held VOIP execs personally criminally liable for neglect and being parties to fraud crimes!

It would be great if they were fined heavily!

As we are seeing with goofy gazillion dollar fines imposed by the FTC and FCC recently, they do not seem to work. Robocallers and VOIP claim “poverty” and get out of paying them. Also, FCC and FTC have zero authority to enforce or collect the fines.

Therefore, I think criminal penalties and sentences are the only solution.

And people like me be compensated for their repeated violations of the TCPA

But would our government enforce criminal penalties with jail time? Doubtful.
