608-673-1420 and 414-306-6887 - Medicare Benefits Advisors Scam Again!

Thank you, sir!

414-306-6887 is beyond obnoxious! Dirty criminals are stealing identities of the elderly and disabled people!

Honestly, this email sounds like a canned response to me. Not sure.

It is very much a “canned”/"cookie-cutter response. You should emphasize to them that it’s not merely a robocall but impersonation of one of the agencies of the United States Government - Medicare. Matters of this sort should be taking an immediate priority.

As of right now, 414-306-6887 is STILL operational. When would Lumen hold its foreign scamming and spamming clients accountable?

I am NOT surprised it is IP Horizon! They are horrible! Just like Peerless Network, they are enabling foreign scam and spam calls. IP Horizon is the same company as Call48 and HFA Services Here is their very recent Cease and Desist letter the FTC:

Cease and Desist Letter to HFA Services LLC, also d/b/a Call48 | Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov)

@MehNamesJeff - it might be a great idea to complain about this illegal activity to the following people:

[email protected], [email protected]
and copy [email protected] and [email protected]

They appear to be disregarding this ongoing issue.

Just shared it, mate!

I meant CC them on the email you are writing to IP Horizon scum.

On another note, I cannot believe LUMEN is refusing to shut down 414-306-6887. Impersonating Medicare must never be tolerated. Nor must robocalls without PWC be tolerated.

I like it. Send it. It is also a great opportunity for you to follow up with Lumen team in a separate email

Looks good. Just make sure to CC all their executives who you emailed originally. Also, as I recall, you received robocalls from these foreign scammers from Peerless Network. Did you have a chance to email their Infobip executives? I shared their emails earlier.

Nice! Send Californian authorities everything you have! Great job!

Oh, you know what to do with Peerless Network - follow up and CC Jessica Rosenworcel on it

Oh, I think you should just email them about it that it was a phone conversation with the date and time that you can obtain from @Tillianne

@Tillianne can also share her recording via email with them and provide statement.

Looks good. I would just add: “I see a rather negative and alarming trend with Peerless Network, based on numerous negative BBB and Google reviews of your company. It seems that Peerless Network turns a blind eye to spam and scams taking place on its network in pursuit of immense profits. Such behaviors must never be tolerated. I am not certain why senior leaders like Patrick Phipps and John Barnicle seem to ignore such serious issue.”

Call them out on their BS!

Please keep me informed guys. I won’t be available today because I’ll be at the hospital getting tests most of the day. I’ll check back this evening.

Wow, seems like this piece of shit owns yet another company now called Skyetel. A lot of VOIP owners that enable scam and spamming do it on purpose to confuse authorities.

I know that the own of One Eye LLC keeps opening and closing numerous companies. He is an Indian who enables scammers and this is how he evades surveillance by authorities.

Look up the number on Free Carrier search and present it to him alongside the evidence

Google them, you would be shocked how many notices this guy received and is still in business

One Eye LLC helped originate and transmit refund scams for overseas call centers claiming to do business as Amazon, Geek Squad or PayPal whilst masking their identities. After multiple cease-and-desist orders, the company resurfaced as One Owl Telecom, where they were ordered to cease their operations last week.

Yes, attach it. Then tell him that it would be a logical step for him to call them himself. After all, impersonation of Medicare is a crime and must not be tolerated.
