608-673-1420 and 414-306-6887 - Medicare Benefits Advisors Scam Again!

Looks great! Send it! Make sure to include all InfoBip executives, and then send a separate email to FTC agents in that regard!

Also, if you know others who have been harassed by numerous scam and spam calls from Peerless Network, it would be great if they could share their truthful experiences and complaints on BBB’s page of Peerless Network. There are also quite a few negative reviews related to Peerless Network on Google. It is always great to raise public’s awareness of unethical entities enabling scams against the American public.

Peerless Network appears to be one of such unethical companies. They are essentially a safe haven for scams (the other three safe havens of this sort are Commio aka “thinQ”, Telnyx and Onvoy/Inteliquent). I have YET to see a reputable decent local company use Peerless for VOIP services. Their sweet and highly lucrative “niche” is foreign scammers and spammers harassing the US public with never-ending obnoxious robocalls. Peerless Network is a disgrace and an abomination!

I think it will be fair to share your experience with Commio with government investigators.

Per the Cease and Desist letter, they are as follows: Lisa Zaina, Supervisor Attorney
Advisor, Telecommunications Consumers Division, Enforcement Bureau, FCC, at [email protected] and cc: to Kristi Thompson, Division Chief, Telecommunications Consumers Division,
Enforcement Bureau, FCC, at [email protected] and Monica Echevarria, Attorney Advisor, Enforcement Bureau FCC, at [email protected].

Regarding Boost scum, they are in California. I think I have previously shared an email address of the CA agency dealing with such unethical practices with you ( [email protected])

There is another outlet for complaints: Contact Us, CA Dept of Insurance

You are on great track, my friend!

I think of the people of this forum as social justice and human rights activists! Think about it: We are fighting for the civil liberties and the rights of people to not be abused, harassed and mistreated daily. We are sick and tired of the abuse by foreign criminals!

Let’s look at root cause. It is the utter disregard of the law, immense GREED and unethical business practices of US VOIP carriers.

Nice job! Send it!

Reference that they use the 414 number that I mentioned in the original post. Basically, they outsource telemarketing to foreign spammers. The latter call from the 414 number and then connect you to Boost.

Nicely written. Send it now.

Wow, interesting! Not surprised, though. Please make sure to submit complaints to the State of California. I have previously shared their contact info for you to submit a complaint.

Already did! He didn’t say anything about the email @MehNamesJeff sent, lol

You can also file a complaint here:

U.S. Department of Health & Human Services - Office for Civil Rights (hhs.gov)

Make sure to choose “Violation of Privacy or Security of Health Information (HIPAA)”. A business calling pushing Medicare “Benefits Advice” on someone is a privacy violation.

That’s the Feds.

What scares me the most is this monster could unenroll someone and they have no coverage!! :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Exactly! That is why it is great to hold them accountable and report them to the Office of Civil Rights at HHS. Make sure to include any threats or other inappropriate language used toward you

You know what is most disturbing is that Lumen has not even bothered to respond to me about 414-306-6887, so far! None of the following execs or their staff responded: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

@MehNamesJeff - did they respond to you? This telephone number IMPERSONATES a branch of the US Government, and they seem to refuse to shut them down!

This bothers me a lot! Someone could die!

Yes, absolutely! If other folks are reading this thread, please help us by reporting impersonators of Medicare at 414-306-6887. LUMEN refuses to shut them down, so far. It appears that they may also be associated with Boost Health Insurance located in California.

Based on what I have read, it seems like Boost is working in tandem with foreign spammers on duping senior citizens into their scheme. A very, very unethical and illegal behavior. Not to mention, they are calling people on the Federal DNC List without their Prior Written Consent.

414-306-6887 is still active as of 3:30 PM EST. These are Medicare scammers. They have the same signature “chipmunk voice” and music that has been used for a long, long time by them. LUMEN refuses to shut them down.

@Hviezdoslav @Jhawk @MehNamesJeff @drwat @MajorLeeAwesome @JusticeinTexas - give them hell!
