That’s not a bad reply from FL Attorney General. They forwarded it to the right place

Did you get a chance to complain to Cigna and Aetna?

They are insurance companies that are selling supplemental Medicare insurance to the general public. Sierra scum is merely a reseller that appears to be using the “bottom of the barrel” illegal Filipino and Indian robocallers and domestic illegal telemarketers to push Aetna’s and Cigna’s products on people. Based on my experienced with big and reputable businesses like insurance companies and others, their leadership and legal teams MIGHT investigate Sierra on their end and might take proper action due to their illegal and obnoxious misconduct!

Don’t forget to use these outlets too to report them. Sounds like they have business in California. The more agencies investigate illegal robocalls, the better!

Jorge dude is a real piece of “work”: appears sleazy, sneaky and avoiding responsibility!

While they have a pleasant and kind receptionist, they themselves seem to hire scum telemarketers engaging in illegal robocalls and harassing the public. Very typical behaviors for all sorts of “Medicare Benefits Advisors”. Obnoxious spammers.

You should send him an email back stating: “Why does your company initiate illegal robocalls to individuals like me who are on the Federal DNC? What steps are you going to take to ensure that no illegal robocalls are made in the future? Your company’s behavior is harassing in nature and unwelcome. What “department” is engaging in such misconduct and what other parties are responsible? Are you aware that your behavior is in violation of the TCPA and TSR?”

Also, since they operate in the State of California, you can complain about their illegal telemarketing calls posing as “Medicare Advisors” to proper parties here:

Investigation Division Regional Offices (ca.gov)

Nicely done! You should go for a law degree and practice TCPA Law! You’ll make some serious money!

Good! Hey, the UK has its own phone commissioners and laws too. Damn robocallers are all over the English-speaking world!

Keep it up, man! We have to put pressure of these sleazy US businesses hiring the “bottom of the barrel” illegal Indian and Filipino telemarketing spammers to do their nasty robocalling. We also have to keep government authorities in the loop to the best of our ability.

There is every one of these numbers robocalling non stop every day.
This company has a dozen other offshoot entities which are all illegal in themselves apart from their habitual robocalling.

I found another few hundred numbers for them last night again

They’re everywhere

That’s excellent! It would be a great email to send his way.

Might want to phrase the claim “contracts with outside firms who make robocalls on their behalf in violation of the FTC DNC list. It is our contention that Sierra is culpable for the actions of their contractor.” The out most of these scum use is that “we never made any calls.” It’s a general contractor that the Medicarians sign up for who funnel calls to a range of customers.

sorry typo, meant “FCC DNC list” not FTC. Might also want to suggest resolution to be a written agreement that the companies will not contract with robocall operators who violate FCC DNC; AND, require disclosure of current and previous contractors working out of India who make calls and forward to the companies including identifying information such as US agents, EIN numbers used for payments, VOIP partners, etc.
