Email Tech Support Scam - #6 by BobRichardTheodoreCl - another thread a few years ago that helped with this

Both the SecureForSure and Secure Soft Solutions phone numbers are the same lol

The Secure Soft Solutions affiliate page gives you an email to ask their affiliate manager, who has a AskPCExperts email address.

Remote Support on Secure Soft Solutions links to AskPCExperts. Though, a dead link.

Phone number for SecureForSure and Location matches up with Maninder K Dhanju trucking company and Secure For Sure’s main office located at 3781 N Brix Ave, Fresno, CA 93722

Not sure about Pure Networks, but in the Secure Soft Solutions website it mentions they’re partnered with them. They also owned a building that was connected to the Secure Soft Solutions business in the past it seems. Though they sold in 2008. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/vprr/0602/06020407.pdf

I my “speech” in (I have a long 240 character message I always use when confronting scammers) and he/she just said: the url is not belong to us kindly contact to the local technician he will fix your system issue"… what?
(The “url” it sent him to was the rickroll video).

Pretty sure I was talking the a bot. Said “I got a warning message when visiting. Is this safe”. Said hi. Repeated text said hi again. Then the bot left the chat and someone else joined. Weird.

I just visited one of the websites and started a live chat, pretty sure it’s a bot. I’ll update you later.

Where did you find the live chat?

On https://askpcexperts.com, wait for it to load, then tap live chat. Or go to it right away: https://standby.comm100vue.com/ChatWindow.aspx?siteId=114079&planId=33010000-0000-0000-0000-008e0001bd9f
