Ruby Identified herself as a “Qualifier”. After our brief convo she transferred me to “Evan” (AMERICAN), Identified himself SENIOR SETTLEMENT OFFICER “At The Firm”. Firm Unknown. Turns out they don’t deal with NON-EXISTENT ‘Property Tax’, so I didn’t have a good story as I wasn’t sure who was calling; and of course the call didn’t last long so I couldn’t really say much to anything / ask questions particularly about who they actually were, their website, anything like that.
If anyone else can help waste their time, particularly ID them though at least first and put the information here - That’d be great, thanks!
