Some info I got on them:
They are mostly open 24/7.
They are in New Delhi, India.
They claim to be from the US (Specifically Pennsylvania).
Their company name is "Support Nerds".

On September 12, 2018, the BBB asked the business to substantiate a number of claims found on its website: The claims included: “lowest price guarantee,” “extended warranty,” and multiple savings claims. The BBB challenged these claims on the basis of the BBB Code Of Advertising’s Lowest price, underselling claims, Warranties or Guarantee and “Up To” Price Savings Claims. To date, the business has not responded to the BBB’s inquiry to substantiate or modify these claims.

At this point they keep hanging up on me, I’ve used up all of my numbers. Give em’ hell! Anyway I did get a few of them to argue with my soundboard at first.

@MKHNT#94597 Thanks for the added info! The Pennsylvania and New York addresses are most definitely fake since I gained one of their IP’s and traced it to New Delhi, India. However, I can not confirm the other addresses.

@MKHNT#94597 Ok so me and my friend called TBM Infotech and it connected us straight to Support Nerds. Odd right? This probably means they own multiple fake scam companies. Then here is where things got weird. I searched up their New York and Dubai addresses (obviously fake), then I searched up the Indian address. I looked at images of the place which were attached to the address on google maps. The inside of the place most certainly resembles a tech support scam call center. Do you think they are operating out of this building?

It looks like they are mainly operating out of DevelopTech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd #401, 4th floor,, Bestech Business tower, Sec 66, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160066, India

The Dubai address looks fake and there is another similar address that goes to a park:

Could just be a bad Google listing for it, as India's addresses are sometimes very confusing to mapping software.
