‘Scammerblaster’ charged with computer fraud, extortion

Wrongful prosecution after they lose against him. Not a lawyer but I know that there is a much LOWER threshold for CIVIL cases. A jury found OJ Simpson liable recall? So many Wolves amongst the Sheeps here it’s pathetic.

He already admitted to the crime, so how would it possibly be wrongful prosecution? OJ won his Criminal Case of the Accusation of Murder, if you recall correctly and found liable for Wrongful Deaths in a Civil Case, which is not even in the same ballpark here.

You call it a crime, he was trying to STOP a crime. They are complicit with deaths and personal tragedies which can be easily proven. Juries LOVE to hear from the accused in CIVIL trials.

Here, read for yourself what he told the FCC:

This is just one of the emails he sent. He openly told them he hijacked their phones and call flooded them! Doesn’t matter if they are criminals or not, you still can’t take the Law upon yourself and not expect to be prosecuted when caught.

Yes their calls DID bother us Americans TRUTH is an absolute defense. They continue to and Scammers everywhere are glad he is in jail temporarily. His attorneys need to present this exhibit to defend his actions which were just.

I see I am just wasting my time with you, seems to be beyond your comprehension to fathom the scope of the situation.

Well just be honest I recall you attacking him before and seeing only the negative in what he did. Hope you all form a glee chat group so you can celebrate. Yes, It’s that apparent. You want him to suffer. Don’t waste MY time saying otherwise.

Not quite the way you would like everyone to see it. I merely tried to illustrate that he was being Fined back in July for his robocalling with his PSA to toll free numbers, as opposed to the one-sided commentary saying he was being wrongfully fined over call flooding scammers and he didn’t like that. He started the drama machine up about it, not me. Then I had an experience with him over a single post that he bot spammed a website for an entire day until they removed a post, then tried to intimidate me by threatening to do it again if I didn’t stop posting FCC News. So, no I don’t feel sorry for him at all.

I lost any respect I had for the guy, but mainly because of his own ego, combined with the many reports I read. I already bought a big bucket of popcorn, so I will just sit back and watch the show.

No need to admit it like I said I already knew. I only wish you had as much disdain for the Scammers. Makes me question who’s payroll half the people on here are on.

I do and as far as I am concerned, toll free pumping is scamming, so nothing has changed in that regard.
…and I don’t care if anyone disagrees about it!

When it disables scam calls it becomes okay with me. Matter of fact ANYTHING that slows the endless harassment by ONVOY calls is okay with me and I think a JURY too. We will see.

You don’t know the full situation, instead of arguing about who’s right and wrong and how ScammerBlaster will ‘loose’, just watch the situation unfold. FCC and whoever else know the situation.

Just because it’s ok by you doesn’t mean its ok lawfully. I don’t think we should get mad when the police arrest certain baiters who went the extra mile and broke the law, while yes it does set us down, this is vigilantism. We are not above the law.

People also need to stop thinking of ‘ScammerBlaster’ as the good guy here in the sense he wouldn’t do anything bad. Feel free to root for him being free and beating the case as its for people to decide on themselves but do keep in mind his claims which for all we know could be bogus also and he could be in trouble for more than what he has said.

Their will be more to this story, we just have to let it play out and if you feel like you want to show support and want to say your opinions and why you think he’s good. Just don’t argue about it, especially when people have brought up more evidence than you.

I’m gonna be blunt with you. You don’t know how any of this works. It doesn’t matter if he shows Onvoy is rotten. Extortion is still extortion. And yes, discovery is going to be part of this trial. Again, he most likely avoided suing the FCC because he doesn’t want discovery. He’s fucked. The FBI already has everything. They would not press charges unless they believed it was going to result in a successful verdict. This is the final step. The investigation, etc, have already taken place.

I’m not familiar enough with this situation to have an opinion, but I can say with certainty from my 26 years in law enforcement that the Feds don’t file charges in any case they don’t think is a sure thing.

All I know he associates with people like Toxic-J and others that have envy rage over content creators. Dorsher and his “clan” like to doxx people on Twitter, labeling them as child porn traffickers and one of them has nearly been convicted and sent to jail for his exploits. I don’t wish ill-will on Dorsher, but because he associates with trash like like Toxic-J and other doxxers I don’t care… But based on comments Dorsher left on my YouTube channel, he can go to hell and I won’t blink an eye… he’s an asshole and he probably deserves this… maybe it will jack his ego and normalize him… who cares.

I think that he changes his Christmas ticket to something more fresh air…

I remember you having a fight with him on this very sub.

And it has already. I just hope for the best. I know of his good intentions but let’s see how this plays out. I don’t think he would have ended up in trouble if he went Jim or Peirogi’s way. Also is Onvoy really taking abuse reports more seriously? Like shutting off scammer numbers?

Yeah I read that quite recently the FCC threatened some non compliant telecoms with serious consequences.

So according to a picture of a document shown by Nullzilla (credits to him), SB got a public defendant because he doesn’t have the money he was bragging about earlier. The “I got more money than the FCC fine” on one of his earlier tweets was nothing but a joke then.
