One of scammer who took my money and did not sent the android app which he about to send me. This deal was done through Whatsapp Group.
He join different whatsapp groups and send a fake earning proof that his own android apps are earning money...
below are the list of apps he may give links .. so be aware of these and don't pay any money. Just say don't want to buy.

Truecaller shows his name: X Dev Thakur App Developer, Uttar Pradesh West, India
To look genuine, he will show some picture took from his computer that app code is he written and he is edit it. He will also share the Google Play store links too.. so here I am listing all his apps (https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Dev+Thakur) so that you can be aware of these when you deal.
He ask to pay 50% of amount, I paid through Paytm Here is the payment sent his through Paytm (https://imgur.com/a/RW96AFJ)
After payment received then he will say need to one day to edit the code and place your adsense Admob code (he will ask also get your Admob code to send so that he can place in the app code to earn money from your adsense)
After one or two day he say, code updated and ready to send you. After he wail ask to send another 20% amount ... I also Paid that too... Once I paid, he will disappear after, he will not pick calls and not reply chat for you.

this is he is doing scam and i hope there are other people doing same, so be aware and don't commit to Buy...
