The issue with reporting numbers running the scams we’re seeing here is that they’re grey area that is it’s legal but unethical and fraud friendly resellers may not bother.

I also see this with the companies responsible for the “Home Warranty Division” letters or the hiring of Pakistani call centers for enrolling customers in Medicare or debt relief programs. I’m just glad the FCC’s trying to take action by closing loopholes these lead generators have taken to obtain consent from their victims.
