I tried entering various random combinations of “activation codes”, none working. I tried to call the number and I got a one ring hang at this time. They had my fake name, as can be seen in the text.

By going to the main site located at web address https://revistic.com - It claims to be an “ONLINE PHOTO EDITOR, AI IMAGE GENERATOR & DESIGN TOOL”. I have never heard of ReVistic nor MA&D INC. Unsure what kind of scam they may or may not be running (could be sent in error?), assuming by what’s already been discovered - some kind of phishing → billing and fraud/malware ridden trial app download POSSIBLY.

Number leads to a $100 reward gift card scam!!! @MajorLeeAwesome @drwat @JusticeinTexas @Tillianne @Mike1212 @CatMan @scamterminator2021 @FIREFIGHTER619 @numberkings - One wanted me to pay $2.98 and another $4.77 one time shipping AND card activation fee and will take 5-7 business days, cannot seem to answer the simple question of who’ll send the card. $4.77 motherfucker said they’ll send it themselves as “Rewards Redemption Centre” but said they wouldn’t show up?? He then went to ask his scam-meagues (“colleagues”) for more info, told me in the end it’s meant to be UPS (obviously not).

I pressed one to be connected.
The hold music is soothing but for me a bit boring.

Okay, after being on hold on my first call to this number, a woman answered with a friendly voice.
I asked her what her name is. I was being kind and sincere.
She said her name is Azmin. I asked though how to spell it. She spelled it A z m i n . I asked if it means something in some language or culture. She said it means Star.

We chatted for about five minutes as I said that unlike your unique name I have a very common name, blah blah blah.

I asked her the name of her employer.

She said Discounts and Savings Advantage. I verified that the word “and” is in the name of the employer.

I asked her in what state of America her employer’s business is registered. She said in Draper, Utah.

So on the call with her, I found Utah dot Gov website for a business entity search; and I typed in Discounts and Savings Advantage. I told her that no results were given.

She protested that the business is registered in Utah. I gave her the URL and told her to see for yourself.

Whether or not she went to the Utah dot Gov website to search for herself, I do not know.

Finally she seemed to admit that she got no results either, that her employer was not registered in the state of Utah like she had said, but she told me to go to the website of Discounts and Savings Advantage.
I did not ask for the URL for Discounts and Savings Advantage and I told her I do not want to go to a website of an employer of an employee like you who lied about the employer being registered as a business in the state of Utah.

She finally hung up without saying anything further.

Drat, here soon it will be above 32 degrees. I need to finish shoveling the snow. I shoveled half of the driveway yesterday afternoon but I need to finish today. The high is to be 35 degrees today.

Wow! The fact I was told it was allegedly the Rewards Redemption Centre instead and had been informed of different amounts they wanted to, of course do none other than attempt to rob from me claiming it was the “one off shipping/handling and card activation total fee”, just shows how poorly coordinated these scammers are! I was expecting far better than those crappy attempts so far.

I would always say try get the URL etc! Then share here, that way they can be documented and further analysed → You never know, they might just end up revealing something even further (unexpected). But oh well.

I am not surprised that a lot of this illegal and fraudulent communication in violation of TCPA stems from telephone numbers on the network of Twilio. This VOIP carrier is operating under Cease-and-Desist orders from the FCC for turning a blind eye to illegal robocalls. Based on what is provided above, it is indicated that Twilio is the carrier.

I would recommend emailing the following people and demanding an answer from them as to what their KYC Policy is and what robocall-mitigation measures they are undertaking, especially in light of previous non-compliant behaviors that resulted in millions of ILLEGAL robocalls. Of course, this is ONLY in case if Twilio is indeed the carrier for the aforementioned numbers.

Remember, foreign scammers are plentiful and are hard to stop. However, we can and should put immense societal pressure on unethical, dishonest, avaricious and disgusting domestic VOIP carriers who enable such criminal misconduct.

Calling these numbers gives a disconnected message. They’re now resolving to this a carrier named National Sales Partners, LLC. They seem to be a carrier that specialises in toll-free and vanity numbers.

They always do after hours on these numbers

They’re active during normal US hours again today

Yep, not a Twilio number though. All the numbers seem to belong to this carrier (probably a reseller)

Never heard of them before until now! But yes, according to research they ARE another VoIP Carrier Reseller. @spicybrown who/what is your carrier information source exactly and what proof declares them more reputable? Just out of interest/curiosity. I’ve used what I’ve used (the image I shared that says it’s Twilio, the former I’ve only just recently started trialling) for time now without incident.

@scamterminator2021

I do not think National Sales Partners is necessarily very “reputable”. Seems like a small operation of “marketing partners” that has less than 50 employees. In my experience, a few entities of this sort are set up as sham operations to harbor all sorts of robocallers and/or spammers from India, Pakistan and the Philippines. For example, look up Telcast Networks which operates as one of the “reseller partners” to Peerless Network. Their “leadership” all resides overseas at Telcast. Akin to Telcast, these people appears to be likely a small seller and resellers of VOIP and other marketing services, which is always a red flag in my book.

Yes, just as I suspected. Some more red flags here. The names of their officers/executives are hidden, based on my search here:

Ohio Secretary of State Business Search-Business Name-National Sales Partners (ohiosos.gov)

It appears that this info is not clearly shown and they are represented via the attorney as their legal agent/representative. This may be indicative of the owner residing outside of the US, which seems like a major red flag to me.

The agent on file is: McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA
1111 Superior Ave., Suite 2700
Cleveland, OH 44114

Bing said they found some information about some lawsuits they may or may not be in, but as soon as I asked it to present the information, it said it couldn’t find any specific information.

Been trying to dig up any lawsuits. So far, I can’t find any. I’m intrigued as I think there’s the possibility. None the less, good findings @scamterminator2021!

Thanks, man! When you get a chance, please take a look at a fake “Canadian Pharmacy”. I tagged you into that one; they’ve been getting on everyone’s nerves for years and are still operational.

Yeah I’ve had a look and have been trying my best to hit them here and there!

Also, I want to try and find - in the meanwhile- perhaps, an email (preferably), or a contact number for their “agent”/“lawyer” on file too. Would be veryy helpful.

Apparently this is the website associated with the “agent” on file: Contact McCarthy Lebit | Cleveland, Ohio Law Firm
