Yes, these attorneys are definitely real and legitimate. I would recommend asking them about some behaviors of their client that appears to be robocalling or robo-texting people like you on the DNC.
ReVistic - MA&D INC / MLCL LawFirm/$100 Reward Gift Card/ National Sales Partners LLC (888) 334-0344
National Sales Partner Site says they deliver calls on behalf of their various clients of a multitude of sorts apparently (for example and including but not limited to: insurance, mortgage, cable TV, wireless ā and more). I assume, when they say deliver, that means they actually do in fact do the calls / texting on BEHALF of said āclientā at the timeā¦
The numbers I originally posted to this thread APPEAR, on my end, to be serviced by Twilio and not NSP, LLC as opposed to the others posted in this thread by @LordOfTheRings referencing the Reward Centre Gift Card scams being serviced by NSP, LLC as @spicybrown has put forward. But, when I try and search the other numbers posted not by me, through the carrier lookup services I use at this time, they currently donāt resolve and reveal the carrier information and simply say āNOT ACTIVEā for whatever reason, obviously the numbers are still active.
I will have no direct case, however, what I can attempt to do, is highlight this problem / the typical concerns surrounding this type of situation to the Law Firm directly, and if possible NSP, LLC as well at the time, and inform them both of the consequences etc as you have seen me do to many others like them before. And yes, I will ensure in the subject/email content a reply is required and it is (requested) to not be ignored.
Again, I still need proof as well that I can constantly present for the affected numbers if/when requested that the numbers involved are serviced by NSP, LLC as previously suggested. I canāt seem to do that right now on my end. @spicybrown What carrier lookup service do you use as shown in your previous image? Iād appreciate it if you PMād me the relevant details!
DRAFT EMAIL:
The email looks great! As far as Twilio is concerned, if you saw them as a carrier, then perhaps they are. For 1-800 numbers, I use this website:
Iāve tested multiple free and paid carrier lookup services and have found so many inconsistencies, itās nuts at times. Itās very likely that these numbers belonged to Twilio at some point in time but they were either resold, porter out or something and now arenāt with Twilio. Some lookup services showing the numbers as inactive just makes me think that you get numbers were probably resold and/or rotated between customers.
I use a custom system thatās designed after lots of testing of various services and experience with weirdness of carrier lookups. The issue with reporting numbers running the scams weāre seeing here is that theyāre grey area that is itās legal but unethical and fraud friendly resellers may not bother.
I also see this with the companies responsible for the āHome Warranty Divisionā letters or the hiring of Pakistani call centers for enrolling customers in Medicare or debt relief programs. Iām just glad the FCCās trying to take action by closing loopholes these lead generators have taken to obtain consent from their victims.
NEW NUMBER - +1 (424) 542-0831
They gave me a missed call yesterday but they are still active right now having just called them to find out who was on the other side having not been left a voicemail/text message. The Indian call centre associated with this number is running a $100 retail rebate scam at this current moment. They block quickly.
@OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021 - Oh, whoād have thought? Itās another LANDLINE number serviced by PEERLESS NETWORK.
And I also found out theyāve already been posted at the following, turns out they may also be running a MEDICARE scam.
@FIREFIGHTER619 @Jhawk @MajorLeeAwesome @Mike1212 @Tillianne @FrankWest @CatMan
Oh, you have me all misty-eyed! Peerless! The one and only. I just love them! You know what to do
Since there is a potential Medicare scam involved there, such violations could be reported via e-mail to [email protected].
@OfclyGoodenough @Jhawk @scamterminator2021
My DRAFT follow-up email that Iāll be sending out TOMORROW, to avoid confusion with the dates etc. Just wanted to, again, hear opinions on this:
Iād love to see if [email protected] themselves respond! I never got an email from anyone at the FTC either, just to document.
I approve of this email.
Extremely well-written, as usual! I approve, mate.
@OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021
Just included that red line, thinking of it last moment! SENT now.
Very good!
Have you heard back from these nitwits?
Either way, keep up the good work Jeff.
Nope, OF COURSE NOT.
Thanks.
My lookup source is a custom solution created by the DeMurrage group that runs the @demurragereports account. It uses the Twilio lookup API as a backend, weāve found Twilio to be the best reliable amongst many lookup APIs that weāve tried.
