Premium technical support, need help to close them down

Hello guys. I need help to close premium technical support down. telnr 8557586974. Anybody here who can call flood them?

I’m on it.

Pinged them with FireRTC soundboard. Sounded like there was a victim on the line with another ‘agent’.

They just keep hanging up.

Still active!!!

Beginning autodialing

First time I called they requested the error # and told me it was the wrong one. Anybody have a screenshot of a popup with their number? I’d love to connect them to my new stealthy virtual machine and waste their time.

@muahaha#57760 Do you have SuperRTC the script?

@Tonyy#57762 No, FireRTC is a free service and I don’t think they would appreciate nor allow me making thousands of calls in a day. I’m an acquaintance with a VOIP provider manager who knows what I’m doing and allows me to make unlimited calls using his service which I do pay for. Then I created a basic auto clicker program that allows me to press 1 button on my keyboard when they hang up and it auto redials them with a different caller id.

They also have access to SS7 and call setup information so I often call with my real VOIP # and when they call back, sometimes I get the privilege of that info being passed along as well

Called this number and I was talking to a pretty nice guy. I only recorded part of our conversation but I did get to know a lot about what he allegedly does. Tried to get him on Discord, but I believe he had to go. Talked about black holes and other stuff. https://phone.firertc.com/users/5b7f2f69747563519f6f0000/calls/5bba7e5268656345a90d0000

@muahaha#57760

the computer turned blue.

the computer just shut down.

let me boot it back up and see what the error is

it won’t boot back up

I didn’t know I was supposed to write the error number down, that’s why I called you

they don't answer your questions directly because they are adept at social engineering, They say "What?" when you ask them a question they are not trained to answer. Always follow your answer with a question, but do not be abrasive.

I don't know the error code, I wrote down this number and shut the computer off. ISn't that what Microsoft says we should do or did I see that on a CSI episode?

What site was I looking at? I don't know, I had like 10 browser windows open, is that what did it? I never have that many browsers open before.

I have now listened to more than 20 hours of them directly and youtube videos of how they respond and what they respond to. IF you are too dumb, they assume it is a scam. Too nice, it is a scam. Too rude, they think it is a scam,. A bit of righteous indignation is ok every now and again, but really asking them questions and telling them you are deferring to their expertise, keeps them on the phone longer.

They are taught to control the customer and to get to msdos as quickly as possible.

Before I type this in here, how long have you been fixing computers?
Wow, that's a long time!

I spent 14 minutes today just getting through the msdos prompt. I was walking my dogs and no where near a computer, before I finally told him that I had entered it and clicked.

I was also hung up on twice before the third call and managed to string it along.

Don't try to change your voice or use an accent, it's too hard to stay in character.
You are keeping them on the line to keep them from creating new victims.
That is your motivation.
They are dumping lines looking for young voices and old lady voices. They are not hanging up straight away because they have figured you out, they are hanging up if you have a male voice during the busy hours. In the slower hours they will talk more with men, but when the phone bank is cranking, they dump and move.

One said yesterday they were an HVAC company. I apologized and said I must have called the wrong number, called back and had a 14 minute conversation.

Let them feel in control so they can lose it.

he didn't even try to go into team viewer, said it was a "free" service lol then started getting pissed when I outlined their scam.

they are upset lol “GET A JOB. GET A JOB. GET A JOB. GET A JOB.”

They wont pick up for me :frowning:

Thirty years ago I was responsible for 200 telemarketers for the Chicago Sun Times, selling subscriptions to people. The basic rules have not changed even for those telemarketing with evil intent.

  1. Time is money.
  2. If the person sounds hostile, hang up and move on.
  3. If they sound lonely, sad or depressed, be kind and stay on the line, you will close them.
  4. Once you have their card UP SELL! Don’t sell them the 13 week offer, sell the the 52 week offer, they save more.

(they did save a lot more actually)
  5. Control the pace and direction of the conversation.

Nearly 80% of our subscription sales came from women. But I bet 3/4 of the scammers customers are men, because we are more likely to click on porn. Most of my sales reps would just hang up on men because of rule #1. Scammers cannot afford to hang up on every man.

I note that Kitboga is most successful using the old lady ruse. He is not only using that because it gets more hits as people HATE to see vulnerable people being taken advantage of, he uses it because no SCAMMER wants to hang up on an old woman, ever. Because they are vulnerable. So if you have a program that can change your voice to an old woman, use it!

If you're hostile, they'll hang up and move on. And tell everyone in the chairs around them, a crank is calling. This puts them on alert for the next hour. It is better to sound sad, lonely and depressed. They want to manipulate those emotions! The cannot manipulate anger. IT's your party, cry if you want to.

The best thing we could do is to donate to the best amongst us who can buy crappy used computers, prepaid credit card for 79.99 and film every transaction. You have a computer with ZERO viruses or is it viraE? A cheap refurbished one populated with junk. You film the entire process. Them telling you there is a virus, taking over the machine, changing the password, corrupting it and demanding money. They would take 79.99 if you tell them you will have more money when the pension check arrives at the end of the month. Then they will corrupt the machine again and call.

Kitboga doesn't have to work anymore. But he doesn't catch them committing criminal acts. He notes they are full of shit and lectures (which I support) but he is not catching them in the act. There are baiters who do catch them in the act.

Bottom line is, a woman with skills could develop a youtube channel like Kitboga and have the users pay for the machines that will be destroyed and the prepaid cards. The cyber crime unit it Dehli is starting to take action, could just be window dressing but it is something. Every video taped document of the scams would be turned over to the FBI and FTC.

I am having fun taking up their time helping to keep them off the phones stealing from others, but it's pissing in the wind. An organized network could be taping and filming their criminal actions and reporting them together. And as much as I appreciate Kitbogas moral lectures, he is enriching himself. He is bringing light to the issue and getting it out in the open, but again, what is he accomplishing other than raking in dough at this point?

Just thinking out loud. Not judging anyone here. We all hate scammers and are all doing our part...

PS.

I also owned and operated a 26 person retained executive search firm for 12 years until I retired to take care of the kids a few years back. I interviewed more than 10,000 people and my firm more than 100,000 over that period. I trained people my entire career how to get people to stay on the phone and talk to you. We placed more the 3,000 people in new jobs. Selling, telephonically was my life,.

@jerry#57735 are they associated with any pop ups, or are they just plain a scam website?
