Answers as: “Suppoat,” “PayPal” or “Amazon”
Technician: “Alan”
Refund Manager: “James Williams”
Falsely Claims: Purchase of Bitcoin
Remote Access Software: UltraViewer (ID: 100073733/DESKTOP-CQA78PU) and ConnectWise from gbcare.help (IP: 172.67.217.212
Code: 20011, Nickname: “PayPal Secure Server”)

After berating me for “yelling” when I was using my normal speaking voice, the incredibly-impatient “Alan” wanted me to secure my nonexistent PayPal account through UltraViewer.
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Alan” wanted me to download ConnectWise from gbcare.help and provide my email address so he can share it with the “banking team.”
- I was then asked to hang up the call and make a separate call to his “refund manager, this side James Williams from the Refund Suppoat Team,” who uses the TextNow number (620) 301-0106.
- “James” then asked me to log into my email account and fill out a “live-sensitive PayPal refund form.”
- I was then asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to search for the name of my bank, so I searched for the bhenchod song.
