Spoke to these fine folks after "just so happening" to come across a wonderfully made, run of the mill, tech support scam pop-up. Apparently they're NTS IT Care, website https://ntsitcare.com/
They also have a website where they do invoices and stuff, unfortunately I wasn't able to grab that as I forgot to take a snapshot or remember the URL, but if you stick with them long enough you'll get there I'm sure, OR you could just ask for one of their packages (1, 2, or 3 years, for 169.99, 249.99, and 349.99 respectively), whichever you'd prefer aye.
