So I’ve seen a lot of people say this, but how can a court system allow scammers who blatantly break the law to seek justice on their behalf?? Seriously, how can this legally happen??

n. a legal doctrine which is a defense to a complaint, which states that a party who is asking for a judgment cannot have the help of the court if he/she has done anything unethical in relation to the subject of the lawsuit. Thus, if a defendant can show the plaintiff had "unclean hands," the plaintiff's complaint will be dismissed or the plaintiff will be denied judgment. Unclean hands is a common "affirmative defense" pleaded by defendants and must be proved by the defendant.
@SirScamALot#53359 The court should have at least verified their company address. If you search up ConsumerSoft’s address on Google, the tenant of that address is not ConsumerSoft.

Scroll just over half way down to the fake testimonials and you will find stolen images with fake names. You can do a reverse google image search to find them.

All 3 are GoDaddy hosted, but they don’t seem to care who uses their services. Maybe if enough people bitch along with the video Jim Browning made, they might do something in this case. The registrant is Rohin Bhatia for all 3 I bet.
