Once again. Call records show no outbound calls with this caller ID and TN is not a working number (fast busy means disconnected).
What exactly is it that we are supposed to do to fix this? This activity is not happening on our network.

After receiving responses where Fractel still denied doing any business with any of the businesses involved in illegal telemarketing, I pointed out the investigations against one of their clients, as listed on American Amicable, a TCPA-violating insurance provider SUED by the SEC . This was his reply:
Also, once again, we do not do business with any of the companies you reference, nor do we provide service to any offshore entities.
In addition, we require Know Your Customer documentation from all clients documenting their TCPA compliance and robocall mitigation plan as well as STIR/SHAKEN certificate identity. We have had zero traceback requests from the Industry Traceback Group and we have a sterling record of compliance and cooperation with regulators and law enforcement.
These calls are not being made with our network. Unfortunately, it is a simple matter for someone to set their caller ID to one of our numbers, and members of the public who do not understand how the phone network operates blame us. Your efforts are misguided and are not helping with this problem.

As further assurance that FracTEL is not in any way associated with these calls, I would also like to remind you, once again, that your number has been blacklisted and can cannot possibly be called by anyone using the FracTEL network and yet you continue to receive calls. They are not coming from us. We have taken every measure possible to prevent this abuse.
