Additional information about this scam: Based on my limited experience, it is *unclear whether this is a scam but my research on the postcard’s number led me to another credible post here.
*Caveat: Some customer service and marketing behaviors leave many customers feeling as though they’ve been scammed. While it may not be legally wrong, it should still be shamed out of existence.

This postcard was actually addressed to my neighbor who apparently gave my street address to entities believed to deliver spam mailers.
I now call these companies directly to have my neighbor taken off the mailing list so I no longer get the mailers.
The company has also been on our radar since June 13, 2018.
Life Protect 24/7, Inc. has been sued for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the Southern District of Texas after the plaintiff, Kelly Thomas of Katy, Texas, received unsolicited cold calls from their company while her number was on the do-not-call registry. The case was settled on October 21, 2021 and terminated on June 24, 2022.
The company was also sued for TCPA violations in the Southern District of Michigan, after plaintiff Mark W. Dobronski from Lima Township received unwanted solicitations while his number was on the do-not-call registry. This includes a call from a prerecorded voice with the following message:
“Hello. This is Amy with Medical Services. You were recently recommended by a medical professional to receive an emergency medical alert system at no cost to you, and your system is ready to be shipped. Press 1 now and hold the line to receive your medical alert system at no cost. One in three Americans over the age of 60 fall every year in the US and it could be the last. Don’t be a statistic and hold the line to receive your no cost medical alert system. Press 1 now, press 9 to opt out.”
The case was dismissed on July 20, 2022 after the company agreed to settle the case.
The company has also been sued for TCPA violations in the Middle District of Florida (which too has been settled), the Western District of Texas and the Eastern District of Virginia.
465 of these medical alert device numbers, every one of which will switch to Americas hottest talk line after 6pm eastern and revert back at 6am eastern every day.
These are also in the bullshit class, due to the lies they tell while trying to sell and upsell this crap. Many of the shock claims they make can be debunked within seconds.
Ivr 1 for the alert device on all numbers
