NO, I just got a callback from (807) 907-2346. After I answered, he said he is Oscar Domingo from PCH and he said âa pleasant good morning to youâ though for me it is 1:47 pm Central in the USA. I am on the call now as I said I needed a minute to finish doing something as I did not know he would call back so soon. He said okay. Iâm going back to the call. Iâm back on call with him.

I got the same response as @LordOfTheRings posted
This same number has been robocalling regularly associated with other Caller IDâs.
I shows up every day or two & this is the third time it has been robocalled with the 877 prefix (dead number) used as the caller ID
It has been associated with these robocall numerous times and days
with several script changes
The same clown even answered on another number which has been associated with the group of numbers just now

These evil fuck sticks have robocalled with one of the many real PCH numbers to lend a modicum of validity to their bullshittery and nonsense
This robocall was hopefully to contact a real victim by name but no-one was there, so they played their garbage robocall voicemail with a different number to call back obviously.
This number is active and Johnny scamboy needs some scammer.info love, hugs, kisses and meat cleavers clefting (adjective: partially split or divided) their empty skulls in twain (ancient word for two or pair of halves) 
I will also make a separate post following this one of every real PCH number I have found and stored into my database system, hopefully to raise red flags when they robocall using real PCH numbers, which they often do.
There is also a fraud reporting number where all scam numbers can be reported to the PCH for them to take whatever action they see fit to try and prevent further victims of fraud, but on with this scam listing
