Absolutely. Why would anyone think that opening three new checking accounts while at the same time being told that you cannot tell anyone that you just won millions is beyond me. Or sending cash in the mail. I cannot understand why you would not just Google PCH to see if it is the real deal. People have the world at their fingertips and still fall for this stuff. Romance scams are the ones that really astound me.
