Geek of States, Indian Microsoft impersonators

not blaming you sir , its okay i have nothing to do by login in here , just trying to putting my defense, i hope you understand that we are also with you and doing efforts to stop these scams. and if you get chance to drive to Toronto just be here anytime its near to Rochester i think 150 miles drive probably.

cant argue more here , have to say Good bye , Thanks for all the understanding .

Should also mention that Mr. Corner tried suing Google for 100 million dollars and was laughed out of court with prejudice, all over legitimate one star reviews and being banned off virustotal in part due to the lies he spewed about sites like scammer.info

we have nothing to do with Mr Corner and you guys , request you to delete the thread now

our legal team reach on [email protected] to send a formal removal request but no response .

therefore we request for removal of this thread here . Thanks

It could be possible that the admin team never received such a removal request. But if you did send one out to them, I ask that you also forward it to [email protected] so I can have a look.

I have received a copy of their removal request and recommend that the admin team promptly rejects it and reinstates the post due to the following reasons:

  • The response from the “Rosemary” account accuses us of violating trademark and privacy laws despite my listing of their trademarked name being protected as fair use, as well as the fact that the company made the information widely available to the public eye.
  • The response from the “Rosemary” account defamed @Jim as a scammer who recently joined our platform to share what they consider “defamatory content” about them, despite the fact that I verified the evidence he presented before approving the post. The same evidence was swiftly deleted afterwards, though your company failed to provide evidence to assume that the removal was done by Google.
  • The response from “Rosemary” also includes a baseless claim that we are funded by Best Buy and JustAnswer to “establish a monopoly in the tech support industry in the United States and Canada.”
  • Subsequent responses from the @geekofstates account included defamatory content about us from Dale Jake Corner and baseless claims of the company “saving people from scams” and “reporting some scams to FBI & FTC” without actually providing any proof or evidence.

find the screenshot of google email here

now lets talk about this user @jim

he joined this platform on 17th sept and started posting only selected types of post mostly related to Microsoft - thats okay may be he joined specially for this reason but here the screenshot where he was online here at 4:40 AM in the morning

While I do appreciate your prompt response, as well as the evidence to conclude your “Microsoft 365” business profile being removed for violating Google’s Terms of Service, I still recommend that the admins reinstate the post for the following reasons:

  • You have failed to provide proof to conclude that your “Microsoft 365 Center” listing was removed by Google as well.
  • Your company continues to operate a fraudulent “Microsoft Support Center” webpage, with the calls made to the toll-free number being answered by Geek of States.
  • You continued to baselessly attack @Jim, this time for being on our forum at 5:00 in the morning.
  • A good majority of the facts you presented have been refuted or cannot be fully verified.

Austin whatever i am saying is true , dont ask for a proof of every word i am writing here , if you are serious about what are you doing start listening others too,

here are proof and this is the last one i cant argue with you anymore as you are trying to become a judge here

here is the proof of whatever i said yesterday and you were claiming that member of our staff did something …

NO more proof please because i wont provide any more

the page you are talking about is page of avdertising as i explained on above posts that we have to advertise like Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 just to generate leads as soon as some one connect with us he get clarity that he/she is talking to geek of states

no gift card, no crypto , no zelle, no cashapp etc etc 180 days refund guaranty if this is not legit then there is nothing else !

i am logging out from here and now got the reason why no one ever came for a defense on this platform because you are trying to becoming a JUDGE here

Good Luck , Good Bye !

Not every scammer asks for payments through those means, as there have been multiple instances where the scammers will have their victims pay via credit card on their own website.

If this is the case, you are refusing to provide any proof to

  • fully conclude that @Jim is a scammer solely defaming your company.
  • confirm that your employees are handling calls from 1571 The Greenway, Unit B., Etobicoke, Ontario, M8Z 1T8, Canada.
  • assume that we were being paid by Best Buy and JustAnswer to “establish an illegal monopoly.”
  • confirm that you are partnered with Dell and Hewlett-Packard.
  • confirm that you are actively saving 1,000 people from scams and reporting scammers to the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

okay this is lat proof i am posting here , i saw that you have relisted this here and that’s okay - our U.S. legal team will take care of this .

now a last proof of something we do everyday but not advertise like you guys do here

we get more scam numbers via many calls and we have dedicated team to report those numbers and domain to their providers

here is the proof as we said we have saved people from scams

that fbi report is very sensitive matter and cant be share on a open platform like this

Good bye ! PS:- Something is on the way !

So will ours, as we have already established that:

  • Your company falsely advertises your services as services directly offered by Microsoft. While you may be listed as a partner on Microsoft Appsource, my colleague @Tillianne found that this listing means you are simply a seller of their products, according to an independent advisor on Microsoft’s official forum.
  • Several users have complained about losing $250 from your company through a technical support scam that involves your agents remotely connecting to their computers through QuickAssist.
  • When responding to this thread, your representatives
    • threatened to sue us for trademark violations when my simple mention of “1800 Geek” can be easily constituted as fair use.
    • Defamed @Jim as a scammer who simply created their account to defame your company.
    • Baselessly accused us of being compensated by Best Buy and JustAnswer to “establish a monopoly in the tech support industry.”
    • Failed to provide evidence to conclude that their agents were answering calls from 1571 The Queensway, Unit B, Etobicoke, Ontario, M8Z, 1T8, Canada and that your company was partnered by Dell and Hewlett-Packard.

Your legal team can try all they can, but I think we have presented sufficient evidence for people press charges against your company for:

I’m sure the admins would love compensation from Best Buy for our work with dealing with scammers

I have proof to the contrary.

Are you receiving compensation from Best Buy Geek Squad or JustAnswer to establish a monopoly in the tech support industry in the United States and Canada?

by which sense its accusation , i just asked a question?

you asked me 10 question and then asked for proof and i honestly answered each of them

and i just asked one and you became a hypocrite

Jim was online at 4 am in morning that was another question

when every customer of us 6 month for a refund in case of any issue
how can you call it lost money

well your here is your fav tech support company Geek Squad reviews
specially a nearby location from us as everyday 10-20 their customer comes to us after loosing their money in so called 120$ per hour support which do nothing

show some guts and put these in wall of shame too
