So according to your deep research, Operating from India means scam? According to your research being a Microsoft partner is scam? According to you if a company is not paying some caller (apparently from your company) means they are scammer? according to your research more than 200+ reviews means scam?
If a person call American bank having support center in India or some other country means that they are scams? If you were doing some legitimate business then would have understood that a company process its business operations to less costing country where they can get qualified executives at better rates.

Whenever we receive a tip regarding a number being used for fraudulent activity, we attempt to verify the information by calling the number ourselves. The caller ID of “Eco Software” was presented when I called the number from my Google Voice number.
When we continued our investigation into your company, we noticed your Microsoft AppSource listing featured a different toll-free number that was reported on our platform this past August for impersonating Microsoft. The number at that time was verified by both @numberkings and @FIREFIGHTER619.
Furthermore, we also took note of your business claiming to operate under a registered agent whose address was previously reported on our platform numerous times for being associated with known scam operations. The other addresses you presented cannot be considered valid as they lead to an apartment in Cheyenne, Wyoming and a nonexistent address in Tacoma, Washington, but you claim to reside in the Washington address while your sales and support team operates out of an undisclosed location in India.

I was not aware that registered agent service that i am using is part of scams companies also else i would not have done that.
When you looked and dialed our number, called id did said Eco Software not Microsoft, right?
That Microsoft partner link was made two and a half years ago when our old toll free was running and you guys took that down but that time i was new, i was not aware that this can be discussed.
When you guys called for Verification, someone must have picked up the phone, please present the recording where agent was saying he or she is Microsoft, can you present that please?
We are team of only 5 person as mentioned earlier that we are very small company, we operate from apartment not a huge office yet.
I checked the address with Google Maps, which leads me to BTA Exam Center 2 near the Sector 64 Park.

This redirects me to an apartment complex, which is different from the address you have listed on your website (75 Dock St.)

Tell me one thing, if this business is scam, why i am here replying and trying to get this resolved?? the reason i am doing is because our business is having more than 1000 customers on board and if they will call for help, our number will not be working, now the will think that they paid some scammers.
I still say that. Sales and support team works from small apartment in India. USA address is for formation, Receiving bank documents, IRS documents and when any customer sells their computer.
