- My company is registered using registered agent services because i dont live in Wyoming so according to law, you have to have a registered agent. All the companies using registered agent services are not scammers, we are also registered with Wyoming state, is it scam too? Money mule? We are using stripe as our payment partner and in 3 years our transactions are around 100 thousands and all things are verified by Stripe, Bank, Google, Microsoft, Wyoming Attorney. It is just that you are making a guess that it might me scam.
- My company is still a Microsoft partner and certification is still active not revoked. That old number with bandwidth was reported falsely by someone on scamblaster and few other company portal and i was receiving 1000 calls a day so i decided to let that number go because in order to ignore those robo calls we were missing our some of our existing customers calls also. TRY TO SEARCH IT PROPERLY, GO TO GOOGLE, THEN SERCH FOR MICROSOFT PARTNET, THEN IN RESULTS WHERE IT SAYS WELCOME TO MICROSOFT AI CLOUD PARTNER PROGRAM, BELOW THAT IT SAYS FIND A PARTNER CLICK ON THAT, NOW SCROLL DOWN UNTIL YOU SEE FIND YOUR PARTNER IN BLUE BACKGROUND, THERE YOU WILL SEE EXPLORE NOW, CLICK ON EXPLORE NOW, IT WILL OPEN NEW PAGE, ON THE TOP RIGHT OF THAT NEW PAGE WHERE IT SAYS SEARCH APPSOURCE PARTNER, TYPE THERE ECO SOFTWARE AND WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS THEN ECO SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC WILL APPEAR AS RESULT, CLICK ON THAT AND YOU WILL SEE. I hope Microsoft not allowing some scammer to be their partner.
- Now if someone posts reviews on google using same IP or Same computer multiple times, Google will disable that page, i hope you know that. And in order to prove that reviews are genuine i am ready to give customer details so that you can verify yet you are not considering proof but assuming that it all might be fake.
- Call recording was shared only for reference not as a proof. People call and ask for money, people do prank calls, people call and hang up, it is part of business.
Please try to consider facts. Only assuming that it might be connected to money mule, it might be scam, it might be revoked from partnership will defiantly not prove us right.
If we were doing scam, there was no point of coming here and discuss things, i could have changed the number and then good to go, But i am here trying to fix things as if we will not do 100 of innocent customers will not be able to get the services for that they paid us.
Facts - Microsoft Partner, Google Verified advertiser, Google verified business, Registration with Wyoming state government, EIN with IRS, Passport with government office as a identity proof.
If you think all above entities Like Wyoming state government, IRS, Google, Microsoft is letting some scammers run the business for 3 years in a row, then what else can i say.

- I live in Washington. Listing is on my address. Company is formed in Wyoming as lot of benefits are there in Wyoming. My sales and support team works form India. (I hope that does not make us scammer as lot of company outsourced their process to India due to less costing).
- I told you, we are verified and legitimate. Do not apologize but its my request please do not assume things. We have nothing to do with any short of scams going around. We are here in the industry from last 3 years and we will be here in next 30 years also.( If you guys lets us work)

@OfclyGoodenough @LordOfTheRings After providing all the valid proofs that we are not scamming anyone, you guys are keep calling our toll free and posting here and trying very hard to prove us scammers which we are not, I just wanted to tell you guys that things are very clearly mentioned on our website also that we are an independent company. Yet you guys are defaming us. You guys are trying to prove that all the feedbacks that we have on our website is fake even when i was ready to provide my customer information so that you guys can verify things. That is a shame for you guys because real scammers are still out there and looting money while you guys are behind small legitimate companies. Those companies trying to provide as much support as possible to its customer and help 100 of customers saving their money.
If running a legitimate company is a scam then you guys can keep posting here. As per you assumption Justanswer and 247 techies might be scam also. Thins time i am going to report this to FTC. Now i know the whole case first you guys make a call by some other name and demand money and when a company denies that, you post here as a scam. That is why scamblaster got shut. Sooner or later its your turn.

Started the process of sending legal notice to the owners. Also reported to FTC with all the proofs.
@NeeP @OfclyGoodenough treating every business as scam will cost you soon. you guys sitting in someplace and searching things on google and treating it proof while ignoring real evidence is disgusting. When we provided the Microsoft partner verification link you guys say it can be forged (LOL) , When provided the Company registration document you guys say that this is not legit, all positive reviews we have, you guys say it can be posted by hacked account, Big LOL. Guys its ok to post scammers but not everyone is scammer in the market.

What scammers usually do to look legitā¦
- Find someone in USA UK or CANADA to register a company with payment gateway.
2.Scammers run ads or whatnot
3.They run their scam and to make it legit,they use echosign to fight legal issues and refunds.Echosign is signed by customers who are duped to acknowledge that its not a scam and everything went well.
4.If any legal trouble comes up,scammers have echosign signed by the customers.Ultimate defense.
5.These scammers regularly keep an eye on us too and what we are doing.

We verify numbers and information that is posted via our own internal process. As for our Trustpilot reviews, the negative reviews posted within the past few days is definitely not something thatās been influenced by parties who have been exposed by this forum. This site also does not charge anyone for our services so I personally do not see how the comparison to a paid service makes sense.
Anyways, we did unlist the post while running our own internal investigation since we care about the information being shared and itās accuracy. According to the very deep research of you and your team, you confirm that if a customer searches for Microsoft office help, whatever result appears are scams. attaching few screenshot where some legitimate companies( as per my knowledge) running their ads and shows their ads. But as per you and your team they are scams. Right?

If you are a legitimate community, then stop ruining small but legitimate companies out there as they are really working hard to establish themself in market.
But your great researcher team knows that IRS, State authorities, Banks who allows a business to run after 30 to 60 days of review, they know nothing and they allow scammers to do so?
Trust me if i were a scammer, i would have not been bothered by any post here and gone for new one, then new and then new again.

Scammers never tries to look legit as they know they are scamming money. If they will register company in USA, Canada or any country it will require them to present their real identity documents i.e. Passports, Drivers License etc. So any scammer will never get in this trouble.
I do understand that you want to dump scammers, that is fine, but our business is 100% legit. We are an independent computer support company. Our pricing is fixed and services are real as promised.
We never impersonate our company with some other company. All our existing customers know where they are paying and why they are paying. They are not dumb at all.
