As long as it has been 24 hrs or more, it is perfectly fine to follow up with Peerless and InfoBip. Fraud is a very serious crime, and you are merely a concerned citizen who needs help. Nothing wrong with it!

By the way, it would be a great idea to forward this particular email to a strike force dedicated to Medicare Fraud Investigations. I just found the email. Such health care fraud violation should be reported via e-mail to [email protected].
While Peerless most likely does not engage in health care fraud, they nonetheless may still be potentially liable for turning a blind eye to years and years of Medicare and Medicaid impersonation on their network.

And thanks for that strike force email, I’ll certainly forward it to them and also keep them in the loop too! I assume HCF in the email stands for “Health Care Fraud” - and not “Highest Common Multiple”.
