"Diabetic Care Centre"

Yeah, I understand fully - It’s one of those impersonation scams etc.

Either way, just noting who the actual company seems to be affected, you know…

Perhaps, we can inform them?

I would advise against it unless we know the scammers are clearly impersonating a company. “Ridge Health Care” doesn’t appear to be associated with any New York business, so we should hold off for now.

I’m in the midst of on and off drafting that Peerless email right now, working through it… and I’m going to do my best to be leaving them not an INCH of breathing room. Very strict, very demanding, very threating. AFK, BRB

And, don’t worry, I won’t forget to share here first AND cc you in.

Well written, mate! Perhaps, add that the aforementioned behaviors of these ILLEGAL robocallers were in direct violation of Telemarketing Sales Rule that clearly states: “Telemarketers must promptly tell you the identity of the seller or charitable organization and that the call is a sales call or a charitable solicitation. Telemarketers must disclose all material information about the goods or services they are offering and the terms of the sale”. They REFUSE to disclose full legal name of their entity and its legal address. Furthermore, their behavior is targeting people on the Do Not Call Registry.

I do see that you mentioned the TSR, but I just thought that it would not be a bad idea to add some additional specifics. It is up to you, though. Your original email was already very well written!

I picked these diabetic health centre robocallers up on Saturday at 12:04:05pm est

They ended up buried amongst over 1000 active toll free popup and refund numbers this week.

They’re still robocalling by the looks of it and still loud and active in there

This number is carried through Onvoy, scammers pick up as the “Diabetic Health Center.”

‪(443) 489-8516‬ and ‪(603) 371-5097‬ no longer appear to be active. All I get now is endless holds, with only the (443) number playing the Scammistani National Anthem.

Calls are still accepted on ‪(806) 814-1748‬, with the scammers answering as both Medicare and Obamacare. Calls are not accepted on (208) 209-9945, as they play the typical hold music and hang up at the end.

Has Shameless Peerless Network acknowledge the receipt of your complaint? Or have they once again ignored this valid complaint?

IF THERE ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OR OTHER GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES READING THIS - please, please, please hold Peerless Network and their Croatian owners InfoBip accountable. We are merely a small community of scambaiters who are sick and tired of certain VOIP carriers’ negligence. If one simply takes a look at Peerless Network’s Google Maps reviews, their BBB page, Reddit and other forums, it will be obvious that there is a MAJOR issue with them likely ignoring the TCPA and TSR violations and possibly turning a blind eye to illegal activities on their network!!! We can’t all be conspiring against Peerless and its leadership; they are OBNOXIOUS in their greed!

But the time you guys replied with feedback, I went to bed. I’ve just gone on my computer, as I type this clearly, for the first time today. Busy day. Just sent now.

Not fully dead though, could be perhaps - parked? Or something ALONG the lines.

I’ll still send the email now and see where we get! Fuck these bastards. Still, we want to share those numbers anyway repeatedly, alongside sharing it with the FTC so it’s incredibly clear Peerless’ role in these circumstances.

Yes, the numbers are still very much valid. Indian criminals generally park numbers or disconnect them fast when they feel like people are “on their case”. Very much still a valid issue to complain about.

Still active and pretending to be CVS pharmacy. I’ve been getting the first word in and asking if my prescription will be ready this afternoon. 3 out of four told me yes after they checked for my fake prescription. One scammer was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, while another one was born and raised in Houston Texas, a third in Cleveland Ohio, a fourth in New York City and another in Casper Wyoming.
I reported this number on Monday to peerless network who has done… Absolutely nothing

@OfclyGoodenough - As I’m sure you can tell by not receiving anything in your inbox, @scamterminator2021 at this moment in time, peerless network has NOT yet provided a response to my last memo. Just as a “small update”. Thinking of perhaps, waiting until the end of the week…?

What other ways are there moving forward in ‘reprimanding’ them etc that you guys could suggest? As much as I would love to, I can’t simply file suit so easily if at all, presently, living abroad or I damn well would’ve long ago…
