NOT SURPRISED. PEERLESS operates under cease and desist orders from the FCC for turning a blind eye to illegal robocalls. It seems like the only way to get any sort of response from Peerless has been to escalate it to their “leadership” team. Many of our forum members previously emailed these executives of Infobip that owns Peerless about the ongoing issue:

The most disturbing and infuriating piece of the puzzle is that we have been dealing with countless scams and spammers emanating from Peerless Network’s telephone numbers, and yet the latter refuses to address this ongoing issue. It seems that Peerless specifically chose this niche of Medicare impersonation that its clients appear to specialize in. I suspect they probably just only have a handful of Paki/Indian scamming clients that do it but choose to turn a blind eye to the problem.

I called and wasted another almost 15 minutes of their time. I kept telling him all my claims are processed through my Humana Medicare advantage plan. They didn’t like that, but kept trying. They never cussed at me, just eventually hung up.

This TN appears to be impersonating CVS AND Walgreens. It is a PEERLESS number. I would recommend the following. Email executive teams of CVS and Walgreens and point to them that Peerless appears to be unwilling to shut down scammers tarnishing their good names and reputation.
